What if you use a 400 laverage and 0.02 lot size on a 100usd account is it ok?

If you use a higher leverage but lower lot size, I think it’s almost the same as using lower leverage but higher lot sizes.

Depends on the country of resident. I am in Canada and I use OCTAFX for the high leverage account. It's not a secured account but they are not bad for small account size.
