Used this on gold since the PO3 Video. Backtesting and Forward testing gave me this:
1:3RR = 58% win rate
1:2RR = 73.8% win rate
Backtesting data from 04 March till 31 May, Forward from 3 June. Really great strategy.

@@abeeku6 sometimes is false BOS, always wait for the FVG to form along with a BOS and after a liquidity grab, and still there will be times when you gonna loose, just keep your risk managed and you’ll be fine

Decent! just back tested Jan-June 2024, 50% WR just taking 1:2 and BE at 1:1, max loss streak 2, max win streak 2 which is amazing tbf. 72 total trades, 36% profit gain. now to forward test!
What do you say now after backtesting it, should we go with it or not?
backtest it yourself and decide, noone else can make that decision for you
do you know if the WR is better with a smaller R:R? sorry for the lazy question when I should be backtesting this myself.

I just backntested this the last four or 5 Asia sessions and actually surprised how well it worked.. knowing bias only will make it better.

win 12 trade / 5 row
lose 6 trade / 4 row
BE / no setup 6 days
wait for the real sweep / mark many swing L/H not just the previous one
and the most advise take 70% of you TP and let it run coz most the time or 80% chance the price expand more than 200 pips

I have one question about the third example - at the beginning of the video you mentioned that while looking for MSS you should check if there's a clear fair value gap. Yet in the last trade you showed there was only this one tiny fvg. Do you consider any fvg to be valid for a MSS, even such small ones? Or was it because there was this new liquidity created and cleared before price action reached the marked low (the one from before 8pm) that you considered this FVG to be valid?

Can you use a swing high at the 15 min when it only shows one candle or it have to be more then 3 candles to be a perfect swing high or low ?

so i follow the steps in de market last night i wait for the sweep of the swing low because market is in a up trend switch to 1 minute to see the market switch to the upside but the moment i step in for a long it still goes lower then the change of the first market structure shift so what did i do wrong ?
True … but you can do this at any time of the day on gold except Asian open very low volume most of the time.
Exactly. This is one of the worst times to trade Gold in terms of volume. However, there is sometimes high volume for 15-20 minutes one hour after Asian open . lol all the best to anyone attempting to close 80% position live on 1m chart. It’s so simple after the fact.

Does this strategy also work at the NYC open? Often times there is a sweep or stop hunt at the NY open and price moves in the opposite directionsafterards. In Europe 8pm NY time is like 3 am so can't trade this :D

a new swing low was created after New york open and it was swept right away before sweeping the swing high, that's why he was going for long position. if you compare those examples, it will be clear...hope that helps.

in the June 17th example (first example) if you are waiting for the MSS which happens around 8:56pm, how can you place a trade at the order block above in the past at 8:44pm? can you please clarify. i didn't understand that part.
the price first retraced back to the order block before continuing down. He took the a trade the moment price returned to the order block. ..hope that helps.
