1,ok, for example on eur/usd let say i risk 30 pip SL and the amount I'm willing to risk per trade is 30$ what sort of formular or how can I get to know the lot size to use for this particular trade to give me the exact 30$ I'm risking.
2,when counting pip value in $ does leverage affect the pip value in $ or just the whole account e.g
Account size:100$
Leverage:1:100
-Does it affect the whole account alone as in 100*100 making it 10000(micro lot buying power). Or
-Affect the whole account making it 0.10 buying power and also affect it when counting the pip making it 1$ per pip or I will be the one to choose it using lot size?

I only know the answer to 1,if your risking 30 pips you should use a 0.10 lotsize
0.01=$0.10x30 pips=3 dollar risk
0.10=$1 ×30 pips=30 dollar risk
1.00=$10x30 pips=300 dollar risk
