No ginger, no peanuts, no cumin powder. Add mint leaves, coriander, garlic, fresh tomatoes, mango powder, onion, plenty of green chillies, water, salt, anardana powder, sliced lemon with rind....this is Punjabi chutney...the best
I just read about the goodness of mint and coriander leaves in our daily diet and your recipe is the first thing that I came across as I searched TH-cam. I love the colour and the simplicity of your recipe and it is a 'must try' for me... would adding curry leaves make a difference in taste? If it doesn't... how much of curry leaves should I add? Thank you for your recipe and thanks in advance for your reply! ❤👍❤
i have always made this chutney over and over again and cant stop saying good things about this recipe....Love Ruchi's recipes...they are simple, easy and delicious!!
i've bought coriander for the first time yesterday, and directly made this chutney to serve with palak and onion pakodas. delicious! coriander is very rare here and difficult to find, but this will be the recipe yo go with whenever i find some!
Try to grow at home. Crush the seeds in your palm a little. Soak them over night. Sprinkle on loosened soil along with the water. Lightly spread a layer of soil n see the magic happen. Sprinkle a lil water everyday.
one of the best I had in such a long time. I am averse to chutneys, but this Ruchi is heavenly delicious. your recipes make me sound like a pro in front of my husband 😁
