As an aspiring chimera bunny Vtuber myself..this is quite inspiring as I am a vroid user and glad to learn how to use unity and such to add more customized asssets as I learn to creat my own designs without relying on burrowed assets overtime
The hair on my model looks like fake hair glued on in sections, lol. It would be so better for me to create my own textures from everyday objects, but the hair is a challenge. After taking computer arts, I am afraid of copy and pasting pictures from online.
If you made a guide to thoroughly explain how to do the steps involving the other programs, I would definitely watch it. Multiple times. I have blender but that program is a mystery unless I am following a guide. Everything shown in this video vaguely makes sense but I couldn't work from this. edit: The transparent meshes were mentioned frequently but I didn't see you make them, I don't think? I do know what they are as I use them to make ears have weight.
Omg tysm for the video and it's so helpful to me since it's very useful to make a really nice character without using the default ones. (Wth did I just saw for a second) 1:24
I've Been thinking I'll Make My own vtuber character because I Believe Vtubers are now and They are The future of streaming and videos. Thank you so much this vroid tutorial, i Have vroid on My pc and ill watch this video before I'll Make vtuber Model. I Have Been thinking My character would Be human Lion because My name IS Leo what also means Lions like Star sign Leo. PS i've subscribed your Channel. ❤️😍
I know this is an older video but I noticed that you're selling the model on your Ko-fi. Please be aware that some of the items (such as the dress) do not allow models with their item on it to be sold "Avatars including items that were purchased from our BOOTH are prohibited from being sold or distributed." Unless they told specifically you and that model was okay. Not trying to start anything, I just would hate to see anyone getting in trouble.
Hiii it looks awesome , i have a question do you know that , can we sell our vroid character in other 3d model selling websites without any right issues ?
I'm curious how the dress has sway around to it and isn't rigid is it that way by default you jack to add that. I'm focused on male models but would like to add things like trench coats that aren't so rigid
Most vroid creators provide .vroid files! To use them: 1. Open Vroid Studio 2. Click your model 3. Click dropdown menu on top left 4. Click Import custom items 5. Double click the .vroid file Done If it's a texture in the form of .png files, then you will need to find the category for it first. For example, if it's a shirt: 1. Click Outfit tab 2. Click shirt icon 3. Click custom 4. Click Import 5. Double click the shirt texture Done
I think drawing tablets can be used. I saw vroid makers use them! For now, I haven't used any because I have an iPad. I had to download the grid guide and import into Procreate, and once I'm done creating a texture, I export back into my PC. It's a hassle so I definitely recommend a drawing tablet for desktop.
What you can do is download another program called VSeeFace which imports models into it and allows you to use face came to play around with it. If you don't have a face cam, then you may look into getting it rigged up for an animation program for videos of any sort. And if you wish to stream but don't have a face cam, then you can turn the model into a PNG Tuber for the time being by simply taking pictures with the camera preview tool on VRoid Studio. Take one as neutral, and another for when you talk. As to the programs that is for? I am not sure.
You need a program to load the .vrm file to show the model! Just like a video needs a video player, a model needs a model player. VSeeFace is a free program to load your model! Then you will need a webcam to track your face and movements. If you don't have a webcam, you can turn your phone into a webcam by using Iriun webcam. Just like your friend explained, you can also opt to be a PNGtuber. You can use veadotube to load PNG model.
I got a quick question. I am a bit into my own VRoid adventure already, making "too many" renditions of my character n whatnot lol. I was curious about the Hana Tool and your opinion on if it is worth it, if I don't have the advanced tracking available to me. I currently already have facial expressions that I find pretty chill and goofy enough but I am still just wondering what you think. I watched someone elses comparison video that shown the differences in the ways to use Hana Tool, but personally I don't see much of any difference if there is no advanced face tracking lol.
Advanced face tracking is completely optional! What I like most about it is how it tracks my eyes. So when I'm playing high-paced games, my model's eyes look natural because it flicks quickly to where I'm looking at. Without the advanced face tracking, my eyes look dead. It also captures your unique face expressions such as smirking or squinting. Without it, your model might look stiff. But it's completely up to you of course! I also want to remind that without iPhone or iPad, the HanaTool cannot work.
@@noemiebellatrix3661 I see. I did have a bit of problems with my face looking dead inside, though I sorta covered that with the Auto Face changing. Though the eye thing does sound nice for natural eye movements rather than the usual clicking closed or open that it forces you to. As to needing something, I definitely am gonna be looking around for either free options or options I have access to. There was one that allowed me to use my Android Phone, but I wanted to see if I was able to just use the Windows 11 I was forced into to use said Android App on My PC directly since using an EXTRA device on top of the camera seems a bit much for room in my opinion.
This was just what I was looking for, thank you!
Glad I could help!
this is exactly the type of video i was looking for. you have a great way of explaining things!
