The only thing I do every day is meditate, and sometimes its only a few minutes here and there to calm my anxiety. I only do rituals on the quarter holidays (plus or minus a days in some cases) and spells I really only do when I set goals. I create spell jars with herbs that represent the different qualities I think will help me achieve the goal, when I'm feeling worn out I meditate with that jar. That's basically the entirety of my practice.
Thank you for helping me to tangibly grasp what daily practices are... It turns out I've already been doing several! The way you explained it, I feel like daily practices are like "everyday dishes" as opposed to "special occasion china." You don't have to use every daily practice every day, but they are among the daily staples, similar to how we don't use each of our dishes every day, but they are still our every day dishes.
Consistently amazed that a probably 20 something girl is putting out better quality and quantity content than half the books I read and videos I watch 🤣
Totally joined the discord and I love it. I’ve learned soo much. Thanks for sharing these tips since I’m a beginner witch and also have chronic illness.
I've found myself binging on your channel today so please forgive all the comments lol. I've just recently found you and I really enjoy your content! I'm an avid reader as well and I'm totally buying that book lol. Reading is a big part of my daily practice. I also do the elemental square breathing and I find that I only have to do it for a few breaths before I'm centered and grounded. It's an absolute go-to for me!
Hello there great your from the u.k loved this video, you are so right and this will help so many that worry about not doing things daily. Magickal practise will eventually become second nature but yes in the begining its quite a thing you get a thumbs up from me will watch more thanks and Halsa Valang
Its like when you take a holiday from work. You still like your job, but need a small break from it now and then. I take a week off 3 times a year from a dark witch. Not down playing a kitchen witch, but i have fun on my off time as a kitchen witch.
I have depression and autism and got burned out at work, now i'm too tired to do anything. I have so much i want to do but i just don't have the energy. This cycle just makes me more sad.
Oh sweetie I don't have autism but my son does. As a mum to 4 I know that feeling very well. I'd say start off small. Towards the end of the video, she talks about very simple things we can do.. ie, apps for meditation, reading , doing things with intent.. as a kitchen witch I do the smaller things each day, and save the bigger stuff for the Sabbaths. And I do do spells in-between as and when I feel the need. Hopefully this helps
@ChristineKikki girl me too. Being neurodivergent makes sooooo many things hard. I'm 22 now and I've been practicing since I was 13 and I am still a beginner because of the amount of burnout and mistakes that I have made it can be really hard. 💖
For some weird reason, your first point made me think of the story of the widow's offering from the Bible. If you want to read it, it's Mark 12:41-44. Maybe, God is trying to tell me that, when it comes to practicing witchcraft (or ANYTHING for that matter), there is greater value in focusing one's efforts into smaller slots of time than doing a half assed "effort" for a longer period of time.
This is a more of a personal question, but what would be the speed of progress a person learning to be a witch? I know I am much slower than others because of school and trying to find a job for afterwards.
Like I say in the video, the way in which you're progressing will look different to others! Everyone has their own stuff to deal with. Try and look within, and reflect if the rate in which you're progressing is good and comfortable to you, because ultimately that's all what matters!

Love these videos. I already do many of these things that I didn't realize could be seen as daily practice. Thank You!

Magick is a state of mind...🎑

But then why would u assume that a longer period of time automatically makes it 'half a$$ed'?

Where do I find food correspondences?
A bit off topic, but, I love your glasses!
haha thank you!
Are witchy diy crafts include everyday witchcraft. 🤔
Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the question!
If it helps your practice then yes I say so.
I don't like the expression, "Practice makes perfect." Perfection doesn't exist. I prefer, "Practice makes better."
Totally valid!
But perfection does exist to certain people even if it seems or appears to be unattainable to you.
Downloaded Wiccan light, and bless you for these thoughtful explanations above practices❤🧙🧝♀️🌿
