Good day thank you so much for sharing the above video. You are an angel . Who takes out time and post videos to help people with health problems . Also ensure they get well . Now is the above exercise only for people with Parkinson's.
I am 90 years old. Is it possible for you to send me separately videos of the exercises for Parkinsons & also for balanced walking w/the Walker, since I cannot remember the order of the exercises & doing them correctly after the video is over. I need to them everyday so that my body gets set & I can do them w/o any pain because I am suffering fr. Osteoarthritis. Hope you will help me. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I dont think it will. This is when they have difficulty initiating the movement. Or when getting stuck. I have other exercises for stroke balance and coordination thogh
So how many times do I have to do excercise I a day
preferably twice a day, every other day

We never say never soecially if the person with stroke is very motivated. They will definitely see progress

Keep exercising and stretching. We dont say there wont be any improvement. It might be slower but there will be some improvement
On screen looks nice but for me it's becoming very difficult. I need assistance of one person to help me do this exercise
