It's got another type of connector than the tinyhawk, but there's a little adapter in the package for charging. You could use that adapter to fly it on your tinyhawk, but it'd be carrying that extra stuff around so it'd be kinda cumbersome. Also tinyhawk came with 450 mAh batteries and this is a 300 so your flighttime will be lower

I'm sure she would love this but guess although the drone is relatively inexpensive, what else is needed? Controller headset etc? Or what might you recommend as a total package? The reason it’s saying land now is because the FC mistakenly believed you put a 2s battery in. This happens sometimes when you plug in a freshly charged HV battery. You can modify your voltage settings to expect up to 4.4 volts max and you won’t have this problem anymore.

Go into Betaflight and set min voltage to 3.3v and not have the land now display so early in flight. Looks like a good little flyer for indoor winter flying
I have an old barn at back of building i am going to build a whoop track in soon. If you ever travel the 401 towards Kingston area i am 2 minutes from 401 and am always up for some whoopin 😉

Cute drone -- but, Capt Drone showed me the virtues of DJI, and so I have no analog gear (sad - I just checked the emax website and this drone is not DJI compatible). Another "thumbs up" review.
You could check out the Digidapter by BDI, which allows the DJI goggles to mount analog modules and antennas. All you would need after that would be an analog transmitter and the right goggle accessories to start flying this drone. Only downside to this set-up would be that the DJI goggles don't have latency as low as a pair of analog goggles.
@@The-Opium-Den All true words -- but I think it easier for me, and better in the long-run to simply wait for emax or a competitor to make a similar fun drone that is based on the DJI system. I already have an iFlight A85, so all is not lost for small, indoor flying.
tip: remove your Macafee because it's a paid subscription, the antivirus from Microsoft is free and performs most times BETTER :) and most browsers ( the connection to the net are well protected ) i know this because i watch a lways "Security Now" a TH-cam channel about privacy, safety ;)

Another great review, Captain! How would you say the Nanohawk compares to Emax's Tinyhawk drone? To me, it appears to be a zippier indoor drone.
The NANOHAWK is very small and designed for indoor fun if you have the space.
