Lots of people come to Lost Angeles seeking glamour, a few achieve it and many fall through the safety net into Skid Row, where many will lose their lives, as happens almost every day. Sadly, there is little hope for these denizens of Lost Angeles. Many are hopelessly addicted to substances like Fentanyl and there is no hope of rehabilitation and being able to go on to lead anything resembling a productive life. No, they will end up living out their last days on the planet Earth here on skid row. A sad commentary on the human condition and there but for an accident of birth go you, me and everyone one of us.
SL, I would say Merry Christmas 🌟but most of the world is in very sad shape. The inhabitants of Skid Row are very physically and mentally sick. That person splayed out on the sidewalk who was wearing white pants, naked feet sticking out, was neither dead or alive. At least there were no kiddos wandering around suffering exposure to the elements, shady characters and junk food that is killing them.
