Thank you Frank for this video! Very well explained. Had one question.. the Time and Cost percentages under the 'Escalation and Delegation' section in the Project Controls are different than the Tolerances listed in the Project Plan. Why is this the case? (this is at minute 10:08, and 10:15)

Thinks can change in the project and tolerances are always changing. Just just see these documents as created at different times in the project.

+Peter Saro Hi Peter, Thanks for the question. The PM does not prepare the "project mandate", this is normally created by somebody important : e.g. head of Business Unit and it is created before the Project Manager is appointed to the project. Hope this helps.
