I would recommend this video overview to anyone working on projects in a Prince 2 framework.
Why? It explains why it's useful to document even bad ideas; recognises that some work is done before the project is authorised; reinforces Planning as a stage in itself (not just pull a schedule out of a hat); demonstrates authorisation as a stage by stage activity and shows why the initial business case is the touchstone for project continuation.
All in 18 minutes. It's clear and easy to understand. A good reminder for Prince 2 PMs and non project managers (including boards) on the process, authority and the inputs and outputs of the process.

I just wanted to say thank you for creating your PRINCE2 Timeline Video which I have just finished watching.
I was getting very bogged down with the abstract terminology used in the training course I am trying to follow.
I now have a much clearer understanding of the overview and will hopefully be able to follow my course more clearly...!
