No matter how small the apartments in Paris are they always have great proportion layout. E.g. in Sydney I have small living room and bedroom and huge kitchen and bathroom, so unpractical.
People in Paris are very clever with small spaces!

So it’s actually about the cooling units. You can’t put them on the front of the building because it would ruin the beautiful Parisian visual. You can’t sometimes put them on the back if the owners agree the visual/noise is ok. You can do an interior water filled system but they are quite inefficient and take up space.
@@AlexanderMartinParis I see the kind that go on interior walls. You mean they need a cooling unit on the exterior? I wouldn't want to Mar the exterior AC is a deal point firm me
Also, AC is only needed in Paris maybe two weeks per year 😂
