I understand it was a gruelling year at your beginning. I'm currently a freelancer looking to make the switch to agency. I have only been freelancing for a couple of months and I'm already feeling the constraints of doing it all myself. I'm already starting to network with other designers and I'm definitely not going to wait to burn out to start my agency, so thank you for this video.

The point on paying salaries is redundant because you can have a 6 figure agency without any full time employees
