Baati Ingredients:
Wheat flour ( atta )- 1 cup
Semolina (sooji/rava)- 1/2 cup
Gram flour (besan) - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds (jeera)- 1/4 tsp
Curd -1 tbsp
Ghee -4 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Churma :
Baked baaties - 3
Edible gums - 2 tbsp (optional)
Crushed nuts(cashews/almonds)- 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar -2 tbsp
