Our problem is we can’t score against teams we should be scoring 3-4 goals against
Are we spoilt? Yes, Burnley have had an amazing 10 years. Granted there have been 3 relegations in there, but that is overshadowed by the 3 promotions and several years in the premier league. The players we have seen in that time is amazing for the size of our club.
What we are seeing now is a massive downgrade, which seems mad given we are 3rd in the league. So yes we have been spoilt 😂

There is no chance of promotion with this team without additions in January.
We have the best defence because we have Esteve... He is papering over a lot of cracks and it's a miracle we kept him and Parker is extremely lucky to have him... Without Esteve, we'd be lucky to make the playoffs, that's how bad our offensive play has been... I've been trying to give Parker the benefit of the doubt but the team he picked last night was unforgivable, especially after the last performance against Middlesbrough where the fans were getting more involved and the team looked much more balanced, so while we had that bit of momentum, what does he do?... He completely changes the setup and also puts a 10 as a striker and has 3 center-backs on the bench lol... I've lost a lot of faith in him now, almost total faith!
It’s not logical to credit a record of conceding just 7 goals in 20 matches to one player. Esteve is a good defender, but Parker’s system has worked in his favour and played a big part in that historic record.
I’m not fully convinced by Parker and his system, but defensively, a lot of the credit goes to him, and all the players are contributing to it, from attack to midfield to defence. It’s a team effort.
Even though Flemming is playing out of position, being a 10 and playing as a 9 isn’t a huge positional shift. The problem is that he has clear issues that aren’t related to him being out of position.
The entertainment factor has disappeared. It feels a drag to watch Burnley at the moment. We have no Striker of real quality in the squad.
Your position in the table is coincided with your resources. We’ve sold 120m in players and that money hasn’t be reinvested because of that, every time there’s a hiccup fans are going to be angry, rightfully so. If the money was invested like it should be… we’d be top of the league
