I have had maybe a dozen bases over the last year all without glitching because I couldn’t figure it out. This opens up so many possibilities. Keep up the good work.
I have recently started doing more serious buildings and found your videos very insightful and helpful. Also, thank you for doing the yearly updates to keep up with new/modified techniques.
Definitely a good idea to rebrand the blender glitch as the wire glitch, given how prevalent use of the Blender software is it could confuse people as to how something was built and maybe even make it even more daunting to approach glitch building. "Blender glitch?! I definitely don't want to have to learn Blender!" lol
This stuff is gold! I could have saved myself a whole lot of time today trying to center a floor panel under that huge dome. Though it still would have taken time playing with triangles to get them pointing at the middle of that floor panel when they refuse to snap where you need them. I don't know why things try to snap at locations well away from where the part is being held. Especially the big triangle failing to snap on small panels or triangles.
How is it possible that you made this video exactly when I needed it! It's like you read my mind! I just crossed 1000 hours in NMS and I have never used a glitch before, I think it might be time 🙂 Very well done video btw, nice and clear with sharp video and great audio, nice job.
All of your videos are just so educational and even more awesome, but this one is even better than your first wire glitch video. I love how through you are with this new series. I need that! Thank you, Beeblebum!!
fantastic video. I personally use the wire size glitch to resize stuff all the time. Also, your video on teleporter elevator and the way way easier way to glitch the teleporters on top of eachother was clutch lol. my Teleporter relays now are so much easier to make.
Beeblebum is a great guy, in-deph video's, easy to follow... (Even for a moron like me!) Plus he show's us technique's we can't figure out, or havn't known about before. -BIG-THUMBS-UP- to BEEBLEBUM.
Hello you great builder. 03:17 I would like to build the infrastructure ladder directly parallel to the wall, but not perpendicular to the wall. How does that work?
If you wire glitch it, you should see where the ladder glitches relative to where you wire glitched.. that should help you to understand where you should glitch, and in which orientation to get the ladder against the wall. There are other solutions, but I am not in game right now, so I can not test - Might be a good question for a livestream. 😊
@@Beeblebum Thanks for your reply. As a substitute, I hid a cube-shaped building structure behind a wall so that I could attach the ladder on the other side. If you feel like it, you can visit one of my bases, e.g. “ELEVATOR LIGHT TOWER”, where I also implemented one of your building tips. Best regards
Hi, Beeblebum, I have had my first go at Glitch Building following your instructions. I have created a massive wooden window with the wire glitch, but it won't place where I want to put it,only where it first spawns. Am I missing something?
I only build using KB and mouse. The tip is to create KB macros. I only have 2 of them, 1 for adjacency and 1 for the wire glitch. If you can't program macros directly using the KB's software there is a software you can download to create macros called Auto Hotkey. But most keyboards nowadays come with a downloadable KB management tool that has a section to program quick keys and macros. I hope that helps.

The most useful building glitch in the game. I hardly use any other tecnique.
I wish HG would just submit and make the wire state green on freighters.

Another great video. Typically..." Oh yeah, I forgot about that." Always looking for new build ideas. Thanks!

Thank you sir, I'm going to try this right now!!!
Thanks Beebs, I know this technique will open the door to many more possibilities for new builders out there

Amazing video as usual Beebs - can’t wait for the more detailed version 😂

Thank's you have taught me so much I now feel quite confident with some of the glitchs.
Good shit! I’ve been struggling with this. Thanks B
I discovered this totally by accident day 1 of Beyond because I couldnt figure out the new layout 😂
It is indeed all your fault! 😂
great intro to wire glitching!
Very well explained, thanks for sharing your brain cells 😎
Always the helpful Beebs❤
the wire is a god build part 😂
Since NMS building, I'm surprised my triangle and R2 still work properly..

Wire glitch is my cousin.

Which planet you on? Can you pls share the runes? It looks crazy good
Nice video ! Lets say i wire glitch 10 electromagnetic generator at the same point. Will they share the same electrical connection ?
Well if anyone wanted to know, they do share the same electrical connection point. That is awesome !
Yes it will - as you found out.. haha
I use mouse and keyboard and really struggling to make it work reliably - is it easier on controller?

I def prefer controller for glitchbuilding in NMS...
Macro's are a great way to solve any issues with key sequences as well.
