Since June 2004, HBO Signature, HBO Comedy, and HBO Zone had recently switched to their aurora bumpers to match the same graphics. HBO and HBO2 had first used their new aurora bumpers back in January and February 2002, respectively.

Question: So when did their relatives HBO Signature, along with HBO Comedy, and HBO Zone, undergo a refresh?
Here's what we know: During October/November 2002, HBO Signature still used the older graphics/bumpers at the time.
