I imagine going to stay at a hotel in Las Angeles where they had a big old jukebox with this on it, and the jukebox didn't take any money, and you could select any song you wanted. In my mind, this is before this album came out. The owner of the hotel's name is donese, and I imagine her and I getting along really well, and before leaving, I imagine her telling me, "I can copy these songs for you on to cd if you like, it'll take about 9 or 10 of them however.," and I imagine telling her, "Oh I don't care, because you're doing me a big favor, and I love it." during my vacation, I imagine sight seeing, and meeting some of the stars in (L) (A), like Levar Burton who was the host of reading rainbow, and Sonia manzano who was Maria on Sesame Street, and Cairle Spinny who played as big Bird on Sesame Street, but my favorite part of this vacation was being in this hotel, with nice peopl, who treated you like family, and made you delicious food, and showed you the giant Jukebox with the big speakers!

Yo, he was a jolly-good fellow, and also 1,000%, a world-class legacy to Chocolate Chip Cookies. Now, I used to remember seeing him, as host of that PBS Adult Educational Learning series, "Learn to Read", which I remember seeing it on Thirteen (WNET, New York), back in the good old days. That was a pretty cool show. R.I.P. Wally "Famous Amos" Amos Jr. Sadly-shocking to hear about a long-living famous man pass away.

So interesting that this airing is a rerun. Don't think I've ever seen one of those recorded on here.

I remember having those cookies when I was little and loving them. I've also read about the later years of this guy's story, and it's pretty heartbreaking. Due to financial issues, he had to sell the Famous Amos to Bass Brothers Enterprises in 1984 and they changed the recipe. He attempted to make a comeback with Cookie Kahuna in the 2010s that used his original recipe, he even went on Shark Tank, but from what I've read, it's no longer in business. 😢 R.I.P Wally

Approximately 1 year later, this, along with the other respective Starz & Encore channels, they began to show their infobars, during those promo breaks. Here's what you may or may not have known: When they first started showing those infobars (during the promo breaks), well, it was initially colored black. It remained that way, until around mid-to-late-June 2004 (when the infobar was eventually colored white). P.S. The cutoff date of the March 2005 schedules is at 3/27/2005. Which makes me wonder: Was 3/27/2005 really the last times those respective Starz & Encore channels ever truly used the pre-2005 look?

Cinemax still stomped HBO. The reason HBO has an advantage is its shows, but even then they're almost all shitty except "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Game of Thrones" (and even the latter really doesn't truly count as an HBO show). And its sports. The "Dream On" Allied Nordicist Yankee "Friends"-watching "Seinfeld"-hating aspect makes it unpopular! Either way Cinemax and HBO are on par with each other in programs now and they both have ratings monsters original movies.

I can confirm that, during November/December 2003, and most of January 2004, the respective Cinemax relatives were still using the pre-2004 graphics/bumpers, albeit not for much longer: They, too, were about to be replaced by the floating "ice" bumpers that the main Cinemax channel was already using at the time. After all, during November 2003, their relative MoreMax still used their graphics/bumpers from 2001. And during most of January 2004, same thing for their relative OuterMax.
