The reason some have the same super as others is because some are skins like mr freeze is a skin for cold
they make skins to represent characters that will play similar, like bizarro is superman, power girl - supergirl, captain cold -mr freeze and the 4 turtles, all the green lanters, etc

Premiere skins are honestly a great thing to have in a superhero game since so many characters have similar power sets but different personalities.

Mr Freeze is actually just a reskin of Captain Cold. Which is why they have the same finisher
And Bizarro is an alternate skin for Superman.

Some characters are premium skins of others which is why they have the same ultimates. Mr. Freeze was Captain Cold’s, John Stewart was Hal Jordan’s, Black Lightning was Raiden’s, Vixen was Cheetah’s, Reverse Flash and Jay Garrick was Flash’s, Power Girl was Supergirl’s, Bizarro was Superman’s.
Also like others have said, that was Brainiac not Martian Manhunter 😆

Vixen can also withstand extreme temperatures by copying the elemental resistance of certain animals (like the Pompeii worm to withstand a heat blast that would've incinerated her otherwise), including bacteria.
She and Buddy Baker (Animal Man) both use The Red, the living force of animals, just like Swamp Thing and Poison Ivy are tied to The Green, the living force of plants.
I really think you'd enjoy checking out the character endings for Injustice 1 and 2. Other they're definitely are going to be some characters that you are unfamiliar with.

Atom’s a scientist, power is density manipulation so it’s not just shrinking and growing he can make himself heavy asf to land hard punches or super light to float. And he can apply it to other objects
I was JUST thinking about when you were gonna see these after the MK1 fatality vid, insane timing.
I can say that these super moves are very interesting and creative with the hero or villain you play as 😄 with that said, Joker’s Super move is based on “Jason Todd’s torture technique” with beating him with a crowbar, electric shock chair and end it all up in a explosive ending.
Also I hope you check out the character interactions for each character as they carry some funny, sad and interesting moments within each character interaction with their opponents
People maybe explained it to you but let me do it in details. The reason for why some of the characters has the same super moves is because, those characters like Jay Garrick Flash, Bizarro, Mr. Freeze, Reverse Flash, Vixen, Black Lightning, Grid, Powergirl and John Stewart are like a premiere skins for main characters like Flash, Superman, Captain Cold, Cheetah, Raiden, Supergirl and Green Lantern. And this is why they share the same super moves. But they have different voice actors and they act like separated characters, with different voice lines and dialogues. The same with TMNT. The turtle is basically one but they have different weapons, bandana colors and voice actors doing different character impressions.
Also interesting fact about Darkseid. In his super move you can control the laser to aim it in any direction that you want, while it flies through the space and smashes your opponent through different objects. And also, Robin has Nightwing suit but in red colors and tactical looking. It doesn't change anything outside of his look so it doesn't matter as much.
Also, Darkseid's fist is massive at the end of his Super because it's supposed to be hinting at his true size from Fourth World. If he were to appear in the Prime universe in his true form entirely, he would destroy all of reality simply with his presence.
To explain why certain characters you see share same moveset. It's the alternatie skins that you put on characters. So Jay Garric and Reverse Flash are skins for the Flash, VIxen is the skin for Cheetah, Black Lightning is a skin for Raiden, Bizarro is a skin for Superman and etc. They have their own lines, edits to supermoves (as seen with Black Lightning where his supermove is used on the actual level and dragon is replaced with the fist), but movesets themselves remain the same. Also, it's not Martian Manhunter, it's Brainiac. Martian Manhunter usually flies, wears a cape nd doesn't use robotic minions.
Also yeah, TMNT being revealed as DLC characters was a shock for everyone back in the day. Also, you gotta mention what exact show you watched, because you know, there's like 4 actual shows. The one from the 80s, there's a show from 2003, 3D animated show from 2012 back when Nickelodeon got the right on airing TMNT shows and a 2018 show called Rise of the Ninja Turtles (which has it's own fans, but it makes so much changes to the typical formula, not everyone likes it. It's got 5.8/10 on IMDB). But from just logic, I think you either watched the show from the 80s or 2003. 80s show simply because it's more popular TMNT show in the West, meanwhile 2003 show is mostly known for teens in early 2000s (which was my first exposure to TMNT actually, despite me not being teen at the time).

Grid (Green fully robot Cyborg): Skin for Cyborg.

Power Girl: Skin for Supergirl
Vixen: Skin for Cheetah

Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo: They have similar but different movesets, however they all share the same super.
Scarecrows super move with him being all big like that is an omage to his appearances in Batman: Arkham Asylum, where he's all huge hunting for batman

- Atom: He's kinda DC's Ant-Man. When he shrinks, he actually retains his mass by becoming denser - and that's just the start of his powers.
- Brainiac: No way you called this guy "Martian Manhunter".
- TMNT: The turtle you play as actually depends on which type of weapon you equip for them. Each one has a few unique moves.

The Reason why Raiden and Sub Zero is in Injustice 2 is because its made by the same people who made Mortal Kombat so that is why and also if you didn't know this also but Scorpion is in the first Injustice game also Joker is in Mortal Kombat 11 so they do have the rights to anything with them in their games and also Flash has Reverse flash and Jay Garrick which is the flash that you saw with the Helmet he was the Original Flash before Barry also the one with the white is Power Girl she was Supergirl but because of what happened with Superman in this Universe she changed her name.

My top five are probably Scarecrow, Swamp Thing, Darkseid, Sub-Zero, and Black Manta.

You are a DC fan. Just not a superfan like most of us. This was very fun to watch. All 4 of TMNT are in this game, but they all have the same finisher. Also since I don't see the comment about your question with the last 2 characters, those are Vixen and Black Lightning. I bought the DLC just so I could play as Black Lightning, he is a massively underrated character to me.

I was gonna comment about the whole, it's just skins, that's why the supers are the same. But I now get what you mean where the special skin should have a different super and I get what you mean. That would be nice to see, but they prolly didn't want to go above and beyond for just skins except that Raiden skin from changing the MK dragon to a fist. Honestly the Bizzaro Superman doesn't really fit the base Superman ult, so even changing the time of day to night would of been something different maybe lol. But still, awesome reaction as always~!

Atrocitus finisher says part of the red lantern oath and summons the emotional entity of rage The Butcher each of the seven lantern cores have an entity that is basically an abstract cosmic entity born from that emotion and directly tied to the power of the emotion each of there respective lantern corps draw from.
The Butcher the Rage entity Atrocious summons was born from the first violent act of rage in universe the un living of Abel by his enraged brother Cain.
The last 2 characters skins the black girl with Cheetah’s finisher was Vixen a character that channels abilities of animals on to her through a mystical neckless and the black guy who did the Raiden’s finisher is Black Lightning he’s got electric powers.
