Not sure why people are commenting on Nicko. It's known at this point that he had a stroke that left him paralysed in one arm. Nicko himself has admitted he can't do the same things anymore. He's also 72. As for Steve dragging him around the world, how? Nicko is an adult who can make his own decisions, and he feels he is able to keep going for this tour. I also wish for him to continue, it's still Maiden, and changing the drummer at this point would not be the same, it would tarnish things, Nicko earned this. Pretty sure Steve has said the band will remain the same until retirement now, and I'm glad. The band have nothing left to prove, anything extra we get is a bonus.
Nicko is essentially owned by Steve and Rod. He does whatever they tell him, despite anything else. It seems they just want to squeeze every dollar they can till the very end and they don’t care about the quality of the show to fans. Nicko needs to retire.. no one wants to see it but it must be done and handed to someone that can fill Nicko’s shoes and has the same prowess that he has
@@DrumStopTV truth said here. Rod just wants to get every buck he can. Even by lying to the fans, like on the start of '23 tour. People payed MONEY to see the band BEST performance - live show. And now Rod is using the nonshame tactic, thst nobody can openly shame Nicko for shit playing, because then you are not a true fan, and are shaming a disabled person. And really not a single big magazine or a critic said anything about Nick's terrible playing and the fact, that the fact of Nick's condition was not mabe public but at almost more to the end of '23 tour. And that is a spit in the faces of all the fans. Tolerance and democracy at it's "best".
@@Almost027 How was Rod supposed to let the fans know that Nicko might not be at 100%? The Future Past Tour was already booked in like October 2022? Nicko then had a stroke Jan 2023. Should Rod then have posted on Facebook saying "to all those who booked tickets for the upcoming tour, just making you aware Nicko just had a stroke, so if youve bought a ticket, just know that it might not be perfect..." how fucking weird would that be? It is also Nicko's own private info, and he himself was wondering whether he would even play at all, let alone tour 5 months later, and so yeah no-one should really be able to criticise him, he has made Maiden, and so at 72 post stroke when the band is likely coming to an end in a few years, true fans praise him for working so hard to get to where he is now, to give us the tour he did.
Not nickos fault. The sound engineer did a shit job. Was a muffled mess in the floor area and no instrument separation . Too much reverb and overly loud
I would agree, very disappointed in the sound, and I am a sound engineer who has installed multiple sound systems in that Arena, and that is the worst I have ever heard it
Poor Nicko, but that Harris drags him around the world in this state is not OK. Why not be honest and find a replacement? But yeah, Harris is Harris and has to be stubborn. Reminds me on when they would not downtune to fit Blaze voice back in the 90‘s and ruin Blaze voice in no time. Harris, the most self sobotaging man in metal.

Nicko is a legend. Trying his best, but I also believe he should better retire. Not sure why everyone says it is Steve dragging him around the world, forcing him to play?
Stop being dicks about a band who is naturally transition into uncharted territory for metal heads, a band starting to get old. They still sound good. But 2 or 3 years from now? Questionable.

Nickos keeping time fine. Thats good enough
Keeping time? So bare minimum
@@DrumStopTVhe is douche. The tempo is really slower then they play it live, but not too slower then the album. Translation, it’s fine.

@@DrumStopTV oh shut the fuck up
Fantastic, thanks for sharing.
That's actually about as tight as I've ever heard Adrian and Janick synchronizing over Adrian's portion of the guitar solo - sounded great!
It sounded like original recording. For those who say that they don't need a third guitar player.
The only thing here that’s paralysed is the crowd
Still enjoying the show, don't need to act like nutters to do that.
Soon they will be in Chile, is another thing at all

Great video!
I remember when people used to hold cigarette lighters in the air!
The good old days!
much better than phone screens ay......
My question is why isn’t Adrian playing the solo correctly? It’s an iconic solo so why switch it up?
He and Janick are both playing it at the same time... actually this is the best I've heard them manage it, pretty much ever.
Adrian and Janick harmonize the solo at same time like original recording. They care about music, not ego.
Yes I know of Nicko’s stroke, but in the verse it feels like the guitars are rushing, which doesn’t help. But good in the solos….so I blame Janick!
flag? forgot to pack it maybe
