May God watch over you Nicko 5:32 . You are a great person and great dummer. I listen to your music everyday while working out. Saw yu live at 3 concerts 2 at PNC in NJ great
Musicians are special. A drummer is divine. Niko is a blessing to us fans
Nicko is a real Trooper🤣🥁🤘 Great post thank you.
What an incredible human being! God bless you Nicko!
Being a drummer myself, an Iron Maiden fan, watching my dad survive two strokes, and being a Baptist who loves God (Baptist Health) I caught that, I'm glad Nicko had such a great team. The people who work stroke units are really special. They have great patience and from what I saw with my father's team they love helping people regain their lives. Up the Irons!
You serve two masters
@@katjay3125 You're not helping.
Between his medical support team and the prayers of his church, how could he not recover. God is good.
In my late ⏰ 50’s and a Londoner born not far from Nicos childhood home .
Followed Maiden from the very beginning and I’ll be there until the end 😎
I'm glad you're doing better. I noticed you weren't as lively on this past tour now it makes sense. Pray!! 🙏
I saw Nicko McBrain for the very first time in 82' playing with Maiden and have been a fan since. Special thanks to Baptist Health for bringing Nicko through but I'm also very grateful for Nicko's relationship with the King of Kings. May He continue to bless you always..........
Had the pleasure of meeting Nicko a few weeks prior to this posting. He spoke of his stroke and his road back to recovery openly. He's very grateful to his lord as well as his recovery team. He played a great show. I thanked him for being a major part of the soundtrack of my life. All the best to him and his medical staff.
Iron Maiden Forever !! 🤘
Look forward to my kids and me seeing you and the Maiden in October!
I love Nicko! A very honest and most gracious man. Keep well man and stay safe…. Rock on Iron Maiden!
Big love to a great drummer.
Outstanding! As a stroke survivor myself I can relate. I had a stroke when I was 39 years old and 2005. Congratulations on your recovery and every single day you get better and better and better.
Amazing work. Thank you all.
Lucky guy !!! Taken myself 6 years to walk a little but im getting there ( I used to do lighting for rock n roll tours) well done 👍
He's a sweet man and one tough mofo too! God is a Maiden fan fo' sure! "Heaven can wait! "Good health & safe travels to Nicko and the whole Maiden family🥁🤘💂🤘🎶🎶🎶
I had the pleasure of meeting Nicko. Quite the "Gentleman Drummer." So glad he's on the mend.
nicko has always been one of my heroes..... not only for his drumming, but he's also been such a good role model for drummers and is a complete gentleman... his regard for music so classy, he speaks with such regard about everyone and everything... so glad he's back playing, can't wait to see Maiden in Toronto this October!! See you there Nicko....
Glad you caught this medical problem we rockers need that drummer around thank you doctor !
As a Maiden fan I thank you from the bottom of my heart! He’s the reason why I started drumming back in 1983! Also, I can just imagine how much he made you all laugh. Such a warm and funny guy! Up the Irons!
Thank you Baptist Health and the entire medical team. Me and my son had the pleasure of seeing Nicko and the rest of Maiden start their latest US tour in San Diego last night. He played amazingly!! Sounded so good and it made me smile seeing him play every time the camera cut to him on the big screen. What an awesome video this is. Thank you again Baptist Health!
Good bless you all, the whole Heavy Metal community around de the World is very grateful for Help Nicko to recover so fast!
He used to go to the kings head in fulham to tune his drums, sometimes standing on new drum skins to run them in
Nicko good health!
Fantastic person Nicko. Exceptional Maiden drummer. May God be with you!!
As a life long Maiden fan, all the way back to before Nicko joined the band, I just want to say thanks to all the folks at Boca Raton Regional Hospital for getting the lad healthy and back out on the road. He's a character. Even if he didn't play again, seeing him in good health and able to tell all those stories means a lot but he's playing and loving life!
Up the Irons!
Thank you all and God bless you for looking after him! This from a long time Iron Maiden fan. Up The Irons!
Glad to see you've recovered Nicko. I'm 71 years old, and I remember the 70's when you were with the Pat Travers Band, and I heard the Makin' Magic album for the first time. You, Mars, and Pat were great on that album. You're one great drummer.
Such a joy to follow a story with a good ending. Bless Nicko, the clinicians and everyone who helps stroke survivors.
"Heavy metal" in quotes is something my grandmother would do.
Non scherziamo lui è il grande batterista dei miei Iron Maiden, Dio ti prego aiuta questo grande uomo❤
Hard to believe everyone gets that much care. His own doctor was praising him . No credits from me Doc . I am sure he had the best of care in every single way
If he's as influenctial and successful as he thinks he is, then why is he getting medical assistance from a charity organization
@@DG-sf9ei are you a w--ker?

Crazy recovery! Amazing work by the doctors. Long live Nico.
So was it the clot inducing MRNA that did it? Or the Astro one?
Serious question, no joke. Tjat was the cause of mine sept22
@@christophergibson6142 Yes sir
Thank you to every member of his care team. This was only possible, because of the entire team. Much like Maiden, it's not just one bloke. Stay healthy Nicko! Love your work! Thanks for all you've done and sacrificed for your fans. Keep your Iron's UP!!!!!
Safe and Effective?
"A metal heart is too hard to be torn apart"
Nicko: Glad to see you in good condition!
Keep on rocking!👍👍
Has he had the jab?
Yes
thank you very much! God bless you all!
Wonder if he took the Covid shot before the stroke.
probably yes .
Because strokes were completely unheard of before the COVID vaccine 😂😂😂😂.
@@denachternaam1515yes, no doubt he had the jabs for travelling etc,!
@@chriswilkinson7636you don't get it, do you!!
@@pasgas12safe58 It's true because nobody ever had a stroke before the vaccine was developed 😂😂
Long time fan of Iron Maiden and Nicko. I’m so glad to see that he is recovering so well. Such a talented musician. We love you, Nicko!
I'll bet my life he was jabbed and boosted. Just sayin

Grow up
God bless. Look forward to seeing Maiden in November
Just saw Iron Maiden Friday night in Philadelphia. Thank you to the men and women at Boca Regional Treatment and Rehab not only for helping Nicko out but for all you do. My grandmother suffered a major stroke in the early 80s, and was paralyzed the full length of her left side and could not speak. She was like that for at least 20 years before she passed away. My mom suffered a stroke just 6 years ago, and was able to fully recover. She has since passed away this past May. However, the treatment for strokes have greatly improved. I am very happy that Nicko has recovered, as I am a huge Iron Maiden fan since 1985. I have seen the band 8 times. Nicko did not miss a beat Friday night. God bless the doctors, nurses, staff, rehab specialist.
Thanks to all those that helped Nicko during this ordeal, true legends.
Love Nicko!
Thank you to all for getting him up and running again.
He’s my favorite drummer of all time.
Drumming for most is a life long passion, so glad Nicko didn't lose his ability.
This made me tear up, I absolutely love this man. Thank you to all those medical professionals for keeping him healthy. He is one of the main reasons I drum. Much love ❤
Thank you to the team of Doctors and caregivers who helped Nicko recover
i makin this Bro and that was a pure HELL you are lucky or we are lucky to havin you again ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Life is so Fragile Nicko ! Still Life Brother
Nicko is one of those few artists that are too precious to be ill. Thanks for taking care of him.
One of the true great personalities in rock...A gentle soul with great love of people and music. His quick witted banter is great
Met the man once at an early Maiden fan convention. He gave me his autograph, smiled and gave me a thumbs up. That’s all it took to send this particular Maiden fan floating away with a big grin on my face.
What a sound bloke! Nicko, you're determination is inspiring. Yes, a great medical team, but Nicko did the hard work here. All the best for the future. Keep pounding those skins!
He has a BBQ joint in Coral Springs and he hangs out there at times. I got to meet him there and he was super cool.
0:20 Man getting old sucks good luck and take care nicko
Outstanding. Thank you to all the Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, all involved in helping him become strong and get through this very scary time. God Bless you all . Nikko is such a kind soul and wonderful talent. So happy he’s back on his first chair doing what he does best ! Thank you all
Thanks to all the people that had a hand in his recovery! Long live Iron Maiden!
While dedication and hard work certainly play a key part in recovering from a stroke, there's an even more critical part of a successful recovery that is not mentioned here - getting to the doctor as fast as possible when there are symptoms. The sooner the patient gets help, the better the outcome.
Nicko is a force of nature. Legions of Iron Maiden fans are grateful for everything that helped in his recovery. Up the irons!🤘
How terrible! My dad suffered a stroke that left him paralyzed on the left side of his body and sadly didn't recovered!😢 Glad you did and thanks to that great team of doctors!
Thx to the doctor and his Team to help Nicko to get back on track.
May God continue to heal him Amen
