I know it depends on person to person & state to state but I want to ask that , I am non European doctor ,having license from European side of Ireland ( Irish medical license) ,I have 1.5 years orthopedic ,14 months Gen surgery ,3 months anesthesia experience plus 1 year internship total having 4 years of clinical experience,do I have a chance to get approbation without KP ? it is possible, but as you mentioned ,,its highly competitive. To practice in Germany, an international specialist will have work in Germany as a resident and completed the Facharzt exam.
sure, focus on your MBBS sincerely, the knowledge you gain will be useful in the future when you have take exams in Germany and work here. You can start learning German during your internship

yes, you recieve a doctor´s salary during the residency, starting with around 2800€ after taxes from 1st month of the Job
