You tell us how the EQ lacquers contain low ammonia but then omit to tell us that there is ammonia in EQ pro-oxide developer.

There is NO AMMONIA in ANY Developer, it would decompose the developer and cause the bottle to burst. Don’t they teach anything in Beauty School?

When you take out ammonia, which btw, is a naturally made thing, it has to be replaced with something fake. Ammonia gets a bad rap!
