    Has anyone tried to apply the skills learned from coach frolov and being asked to stop by your physical coach as soon as you are in your gym?😂😂 this is what happening on me

      I was tried to get *down* doing sliding steps and been told my body level should stay fixed

      Americans and Mexicans love to coach off the front foot. I trained in the East & England, rear foot balance is not just for counterpunchers as u guys are being taught

    I discovered this on my own hitting the bag but my coaches keep telling me not to straighten my legs, to sit down in a crouch and turn my hips eventhough they say I already hit very hard.

      @@TheMatrixofMeaning that s why, americans are good for professional boxing, u have very different style from Russia, soviet style is very similar to cuban style, in Romania we also have this style
