    Some great points here . Made me smile the thought of people out there looking for themselves. Asking others have you seen me anywhere, not sure where I have gone, only one day to happen to bump into a mirror. Oh Im here....

    Well done, clearly explained summary of the journey to finding oneself and putting it in perspective. Cuts through the confusing and conflicting paths out there and simplifies what seems confusing. All Luna’s and Sol’s seeking has been made into a beautiful video for our benefit. Thank you both for your talents and good hearts 🥰

      Thanks Michele, it's such an overwhelming undertaking to come across so many concepts and words in so many different traditions and yet they're all maps pointing in a similar direction. Hopefully this simplified (hopefully not too much) piece can be a birds eye view of the journey 😊

    Wow. This video was a confirmation of something that's been niggling in the back of my head for a while. I've been saying the words "you already have what you need", but I wasn't truly listening. I kept searching, and being frustrated because I didn't even know WHAT exactly I was searching for. This led to me feeling overwhelmed by the nebulous, undefineable panic that I was 'taking too long' or life was 'passing me by', or I was 'doing it wrong'. Meanwhile I'm exactly where I need to be, and always have been at every point in my life. I can still seek knowledge, but I don't have to identify the search with there being something missing that I need to find -- I can just enjoy taking in new knowledge and information and applying what resonates. It's a liberating feeling. :) Thank y'all so much for sharing this.

      That's lovely Anjelique, that's exactly it. The deepest part of us, the soul if you'd like to call it that, already has access to what it's looking for. This is where most of the teachers talking endlessly about the Present moment and Presence spend their work. Much of the knowledge chasing is just a nice way to keep the mind engaged in these topics in new ways, for it's always looking for something to fixate on, so it's a nice alignment of mind and soul :)

      Thank you Donna, we're so grateful for the support we've received about this redirection. When you're in the profession of caring for others, it's easy to lose sight of care for yourself especially when there's no ''objective' outsider within our dynamic of two 😅💜

    Oh wow, Sol and Luna,your timing is on point :) I'm desperately looking to feel inner peace in my life. I did indeed get endlessly caught in the spiral of seeking, for healing of the body and soul. My mind pulls me away from everything i enjoy, pulling me into doing rather than feeling at peace in surrendering to my enjoyment of life.In the moment. Inner Authority.... You mention the prime directive or guidance of Human Desigh, this tool i discovererd the past few months. Even then, i kept searching with the mind's need for information.

      Thank you Void singer 😊. It's the nature of the mind to get lost in endless quests to keep it engage, and when those quests are dressed in mystical looking and sounding ideas, all the more seductive (very much like a Siren hehe.) This is the essential reason why having some type of discipline to focus the mind appears in so many paths, from meditation to mantras and contemplation, focusing the monkey mind is essential regardless of the path. I definitely notice the difference when I skip a few days and find myself lost in all sorts of ways. 😄

      @@LonerWolf Thanks for the attention to my name. This is my Vata side of my tridoshic nature coming out (to my awareness, my constitution). I have been guided to do Yoga Nidra, perhaps even going to engage in Pranayama in the future, as my practice of choice. When i get the chance, i would like to smudge my home on a regular basis if possible. :) I live in a humid, damp environment which is uncomfortable. Yes, discipline is important.

    For me, one of the biggest things that seems to trip me up is yearning for love from another, in particular thinking about this person I met ten years ago and haven’t gotten over. I keep thinking of her as my portal to “truth,” when I obviously know that isn’t so. But it’s still tough sometimes.

    • @LonerWolf
      @LonerWolf  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's one of those tricky illusions our minds play, that another holds our access to love, when really they're more like a mirror polished just at the right level for us to experience it. It's a lesson I'll keep relearning, love is always within me, yet it's so easy to see it held by others. One of the focuses of self-love work for me. 💜

    At first, I felt that this was a video that I needed to go back to once I was more "spiritually experienced" because I still got sooo much to learn, but now when I just watched this video, I need to say thank you once again for another very insightful video!
    My dilemma, however, is that I've lost connection with my own spirit, my soul and who I truly am since long, so even in this simplicity described in this video; that I already got everything both inside of me and around me, I can't really reach nor conncect to this yet, although I try to. But that may be the trick and art I guess, to just be whoever you are in the here and now as you are right now (your present level), especially in today's very mind-oriented society?.... And then the next thing, that once we've actually awakened, the journey doesn't even end there either, but that is also actually the beautiful thing about it. It's all a never-ending circle of learning, development and awakening, and that when one journey ends, then there will always be a beginning of another one, and so on. ^^

    • @LonerWolf
      @LonerWolf  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks ZeldA, it's all made quite trickier because of language. It's important to define what "connection to soul" looks like, and what exactly are we trying to make "last". Many of us have a definite description, and we expect that living from true nature is always living according to that description/definition in our heads. True nature is constantly changing, like us, so whatever you're experiencing is already happening in your true nature, the only thing that we need to practice is being able to shift our way of looking at it.
      For this, meditation or some contemplative practice is an essential skill to develop, over many months and years, it won't happen in a moment, only the mind works in such static absolutes and that's where we get confused; reality vs our minds perception of reality through its many layers of baggage.
      I hope that clarifies it some.

      @@LonerWolf Thanks so much for this informative reply! ^^
      When I think of "connection to the soul" I think of beyond the minds limitations and even past scars, scars of which that cut so deeply and left a person completely broken and totally then lost herself/himself and who she/he truly is, that true essense, higher self etc. And then the loss of connection to the original/divine source of which we all belong to. I know that one can actually tap into these from time to time, wether it's about a shift of perception/a state of being, through inner-work or through anything else. This is indeed quite tricky. And indeed, this all is indeed in a constant change, but that's what life and divine source is about, I guess. For if everything stagnated, where would then much needed change, evolution and transformation even be in all of us and all around us?
      But when losing connection to all that all the while forced into stagnation, then one loses connection to not only his/her true self but also to the flow of life itself perhaps... And regaining connection again from a broken state and stagnated state since long, that may be tricky. This all is indeed tricky stuff. But so interesting at the same time, and I'm very curious about and eager to explore it all.

    This video states that "simplicity is truth." No. This is a false equivalency. This is a logic error. Can the truth be simple? Yes. Is the truth simple 100% percent of the time? No! The very statement that “simplicity is truth”, is misguided and deceptive. Is purity truth? Not necessarily. To state that purity is truth is also a false equivalency. If purity is truth, then that excludes simplicity being truth. And if simplicity is truth, that statement fails to include purity as being truth. Is it more accurate to state that simplicity AND purity are truth? If that statement is more truthful, then the statement that includes BOTH purity and simplicity is more complex. And if being more complex is more truthful then more complexity gets closer to the truth. The more complex and more truthful statement contradicts the simple statement of “simplicity is truth.” The reality of Truth is that it passes scrutiny and hard tests. The statement, “simplicity is truth” doesn’t pass scrutiny or even an easy test.

    • @LonerWolf
      @LonerWolf  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your exploration into the statement. The issue your raising is valid, though it's not really understanding the nature of the video's topic.
      The first assumption is that we are talking about the same Truth. As epistemology teaches us, how we define truth will dictate the validity of anything that follows.
      Your breakdown is purely a logos one, that is it logically explores the nature of complexity using the minds ability to understand concepts/words/ideas. The video is exploring 'True Nature" which is outside of the realm of mind, matter, or anything that can be divided using our logical mental knife. True Nature in spirituality/mysticism is described as the All/Everything/Divine/God, so it can't be approached from a mental angle, because the minds very nature is to divided in order to understand something. Essentially the mind is a laser beam of scrutinity, and True Nature is a floodlight. The floodlight doesn't shine lights on specific concepts/logical ideas, but shines it on everything equally. Hence why ''truth' from this definition, is Simple, because it's all encompassing, there's no divisions. And if there was, then we would be talking about the numinous anymore, we'd be philosophizing as many have done for centuries without finding any ''absolute'' answer, because it's not possible to talk about the absolute in logical terms, hence why it's simple (for our beings to understand it, though complex/impossible for our minds.)
