It is really awesome isn't it.. Goes to show how impressive some of these guys are mentally. Colin is more than happy to just enjoy the day and doesn't get miffed about a bogey because he knows when he turns it on it's a totally different game. Truly awesome video

@@Dionysos640 Hit the nail on the head right there lol. I was a volunteer at the SAS championship and he yelled at me to stop walking when he was putting like 70 yards away from him. Wasn't my favorite guy then but this is a totally different look

It' is nice to see MR GRUMPY is actually a very fun nice guy. He has definitely been working out though, you can see the 6 pack under his shirt. He has always been one of my favourite golfers. His swing just repeats and repeats. I smiled all through this .
You definitely need to do more videos with Colin as the chemistry is brilliant! In fact I could see this being a TH-cam tv series! Play courses round Europe or something. Pete and Colin’s big golf trip!

I can never say this enough about the youtube golf content providers .. when they allow us the opportunity to have a close up and personal experience with these great legends and current PGA pros it makes the game even more great that it already is. Met Monty at a European Tour event a few years ago that me and my buddy attended. He was seated at a table next to us on the club house patio, busy talking to someone. As soon as he got up to leave still speaking to the other person, my buddy jumped up and asked him for a pic with him. I fully expected my buddy to get a stern ‘no’ for the interruption. He said ‘yes’ without missing a beat, turned around, stood by us and gave us the time to have our pics taken with him. What a class act!
My favourite quote regarding Monty and his excuses: “the reason I know there is no extraterrestrial life is the fact that Monty has never blamed it for a bad shot”. What a guy, was always routing for him. Great video!!
Always loved Monty and SO wanted to see him capture a Major Championship on the regular tour but he has enjoyed tremendous success on the Champions Tour and I feel like his Senior Major Championship wins on the Champions Tour are every bit as good as the regular tour.Yes,Monty is most definitely a legend.

I was on a corporate day with Monty in 2006, and he was so arrogant and full of himself. He seems to have mellowed over the year.
No matter what your opinion was of Monty beforehand, you can't watch that and not recognize he's a really great guy and would be a fantastic bloke to play a round with. Nice insight into a legends personality.

An absolute treat! Monty was one of my favourites back in the day too. Those towering fairway drivers into par 5's were legendary. Hasn't lost his ball striking either. That fairway bunker shot was dreamy.
