Wow, you're the first person I see to make the twirl tool do something useful! Every time I watch a program feature list/tutorial (and I watch loads) people pretty much always go "well, you can twirl things, if you need to, but I never use this". Your idea to use it for eye alignment is very handy indeed.
Ahh its been a while since I watched one of your videos. .this whole year I was studying for a very important exam and couldnt catch up with your videos! I remember enjoying all of them. Glad to see you are still producing wonderful and helpful videos! I cant wait to start watching them again 💖💖
Sameee i had to stop around 9 months ago beacuse i had important exams this year. Beacuse its been so long i forgot all the tips and tricks i implimented when drawing so i had to start from fresh again 😩
That's the best tutorial on the liquify tool that I've seen anyone do since Clip Studio Paint added it to the software! Thank you very much for your tutorials. I find them very valuable.
I usually don't find many new tricks when I watch videos with similar titles to this, but your's was so helpful! I learned so many cool things to try! Thank you so much!!! Everything was very original and came from your experience as opposed to just repeating other videos 😄
thank you so much, I am so happy to hear that x) Those Tips are ones that I personally love to use and I am glad they might be helpful for you as well >u
It’s been 4 years since I did anything related to art and watching your videos bring back memories of when I use to enjoy art. I sorta miss it I use to draw realistic portraits n dragons with Charcoal
I really love your art style and wanted to know. Would you ever make a video that goes into how you draw the basic body from all angles? Or do you already have one? I’d love to study the way you do it. I learned a lot from your other body videos and it improved my art quite a bit. Heck a recommendation would be great too if there’s so specific place you learned from
I can try and think of something, thank you for the suggestion :) In general always recommend looking up references x) a lot of anatomy mistakes happen because of wrong proportions and being able to tell how the size of a hand relates to the arm and other parts for example. and that's something you can practice hrough copying and studying real life examples x)
@@LaovaanArt Thanks for the reply! Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing so far. Breaking down references into basic shapes. Building the skills from the ground up helps a lot but it always nice to add other people methods into it. Maybe that’s lazy but learning from people that already learned it speeds it up quite a bit
This is really useful Been using CSP only for a few months so there is still a lot of things to learn about the program. I will make sure to check these tools out. Thank you!!
Thank you so much for this video! I didn’t know how to incorporate the blur and fingertip tool so I just avoided them. Now, they’ve immediately leveled up my art
I am liking AND saving this video, I couldn’t find any of these tools and tricks myself and I am just coming from Procreate where I knew where this stuff was and just getting into using Clipart Studio where I don’t know where this stuff is! But thanks to you that has changed!! Thank you again!!
Can you upload those other brushes that used oil and had other properties, these brushes are hard to find among the large variety of brushes actually being found in the store after all
Would love to see a video on how you setup your clipstudio worktop! Im completely new to clipstudio and am finding the app rather confusing and difficult to navigate...your setup looks much easier to follow!
im absolutely using the fingertip tool to make hair highlights, I've been using blend like an idiot to make those when I could've been using fingertip xd, this is a very informative video my guy!
The moment you started saying you learn something new every time right at the beginning of video, I never thought of using the smudge tool with the eye
Anyone please help me. Where is the liquify tool? I see in the video exactly how the interface should look like and all, but it's still not here in my version. I have the newest version of Clip Studio Paint Pro btw and on the internet I found nothing 'cause people just have it there where Laovaan has it in the video. Is there some "trick" to activate it or what is with my version?
@@blackcitadel9 Yeah, it should xD But it isn't for me. I already asked my friend who using Clip Studio as well and showed her this video and to her it's not there either =(
What tablet are you using? If it's a tablet. Sorry, I'm completely new to the draw-on-screen world. Always had Wacom drawing pads. I'm looking in to get the Samsung s8 ultra 14'6". I'm excited to learn clip studio! I have only ever used PS
Hi everyone (and Laovaan), I've got a random question. About two years ago now, someone purchased a laptop for me that I don't even remember being done until I only very recently started talking about truly going into digital art. After unknowingly letting this gift gather dust in my closet, I just set up the laptop *AND* purchased a nice, wired XP-Pen tablet; however, after starting to set my XP-Pen tablet up in Settings, I have just found out that my laptop folds back into a tablet itself! I was awestruck and had not known I'd been given something so hi-tech! Does this mean I should return the XP-Pen tablet and just draw with my laptop/tablet? Or, since I'm just starting, should I begin my experience with the XP-Pen tablet (being a more old-fashioned way of digital art) and keep it?
Fk I want to reach your level 🗿💔 but I have to finish my 12th-grade first.+ btw I have always wondered do I have to study fine arts to be advanced at drawing? Big love for you ❤❤

Shame CSP is so omnipresent....
Way too unintuitive...
Still, good tips
2:22 Blur instead of Airbrush..

Clip Studio Paint rocks!
Oh wow it’s been a while. The digital art is so pretty 🥺❤️😭✨
Thank you so much for your generosity with so much information. This is amazing.
Oh my goodness, this is a life saver. Thank you, thank you!!
Thank you so much, this video was very informative as I am new to clip studio and I am trying to get an overview of all of the useful tools.

I'm more of a traditional artist, but watching this was fascinating. It's always interesting to learn new things :)))
This is the most cracked video on your entire channel wtf
Thanks for this. Also I didn't realize that the Wacom would recognize finger gestures. How neat is that!
I have learnt some pretty amazing skills watching you in this learning journey I am in - i did hair with it today and I was like mind blown haha
The moment you started saying you learn something new every time right at the beginning of video, I never thought of using the smudge tool with the eye
It would be interesting to see how you paint, I really like your art style and would like to know how to paint like you
watching your videos makes me wanna draw
i just bought the app at first I was overwhelmed but as i use the app I`m starting to get the hang of it and i enjoyed using it now
She reminds me of AnniTheDuck!
Great video as always ♥
Which Wacom Tablet are you using? 🥰 By the way, you doing an amazing job 😍
Danke, super hilfreich!
What drawing pad do you use? I’ve been tryinb to find one that doesn’t need to hook up to a computer to run and show up as a second screen.
Thank you so much!!!
How do u use clipping mask and layer mask in your art, are there any particular techniques you follow?
I sadly don’t have a drawing tablet for my pc yet, but is their a way to use me iPad as a screen instead so I could use the brush in the meantime?
Yes, clipstudio is also available on ipad :)
@@LaovaanArt I saw that but wasn’t it only the subscription model but not as great as computer version?
On iPad its a subscription model, but they work the same on ipad and pc :)
So motivating❤
i saw art from the thumbnail at clip studio site and thought "this art style is similar to Kite's" 😂
you are amazing, i love your videos, they are very cool
Thank you!
I would love to see some time lapse of you painting. It might give more insight to your methods.

I'm also having trouble finding good tutorials on shading hair :<
Could you please me a video on that soon?
What are you drawing on? What is your tablet? Is it independent or does it need a computer
Its a cintiq 16 pro, that one works with a seperate Computer :) the other tablet I used is an ipad 😃
@@LaovaanArt oh so it requires a computer? It's just hooked up on the side??

Where can I find the image of this red haired character? Its beautiful!
have you ever work with prisma color pencils or fabric castels
I have worked with both, but polychromos are more common here compared to prisma colors :)
have you ever experimented with vector layers?
Amazing 👏
I love art tips! I get to learn so much more, but the more I know about stuff I didn't know the more I feel left out 😭 but it's okay!
