I liked this workout! I wasn’t in the mood to do abs and booty but I am following one of your monthly schedules and this one was up, and I’m glad I did it! I used a dumbbell since I don’t have a Kettlebell, but it still worked just fine and I had a great workout! Thanks for your videos!
Hey, I have just done a core rehab program with Erica ziel, she recommends to not push your hips out when you do swings, it can hurt your pelvis and make postpartum recovery much harder!

This workout has a lot of moves meant to put you off balance while you do them. I felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable doing it...which I think is probably a really good thing. There are definitely some exercises that will challenge you to move in new ways. Can't say I loved this video...but it was effective!
Thank you for this workout. I did it yesterday while baby was napping and felt so energized afterwards! Today my legs are soooo sore so I’m finding an upper body workout today 😅

Compact, effective and hits all the spots. Iused two heavier dumbbells as I don't have a kettlebell, and that worked fine. Great work!
