    Just on time po, sobrang sakit ng right knee ko grabe ang sakit pag tumayo at napansin ko po sumasakit ang tuhod ko kpag marami akong nakain na kanin. Ngayun po ginagaya ko etong exercise nato..im 58 na po an ofw thanks doc.
