It is one in a million location, it is totally convenient and has everything to enjoy, breathtaking view(s), it have that warm feeling of a real home, the most beautiful house I have ever seen! 🤩 Thank you David for this video! 🤍

Favourites are: 1) the landscaping because it was probably very challenging as the land appears to have much rock, alpine terrain; 2) the induction stove (also becoming more a standard in the San Francisco area - we are phasing out gas gradually); 3) the marble herring-bone bathroom floor.
Hi David, WOW! What a gorgeous house….it is positively the best one I have seen so far. Great interior design and layout , I also hate where other kitchens have huge islands in the middle of the room (makes the room look cramped). Beautiful outside spaces too (love the infinity pool). Only concern is access, but I don’t think that would be much of a problem. Good find David !!!!!
