Wow, so lovely & luxurious! And large!! I especially love the creek so near and surrounding natural landscape, which the home compliments with its contemporary, lodge style. Everything the owners chose is beautiful & such high quality, this is certainly like a resort. Love too the fans for white noise provided in all the bedrooms (I always have to bring mine) Thanks for sharing another great video!
The beautiful cabin house was so relaxing and inspiring to watch! The basement feels like a full on entertainment hub with family and friends. I would love to win the chair for my husband, because he works so hard and it would be nice to show some appreciation.
Do they disclose the approximate cost for the whole house (if I wanted to build one here in SC)? And you continue to produce great videos with excellent content!

Incorrect, I bought “modern sheds” from Ulrich/Leland for roughly $9500/ building. I didn’t do such an expansive deck, just really cool dryscape paths. Finish out was GC’d by myself. The islands, vanity’s, cabinets all plug and play. $3k (all clearance or open box). There is more furniture in this setup, but walls and ceiling were bought at a flooring wholesaler. I ended up getting bamboo flooring because that’s what was on sale for .56/ sq ft. The biggest thing to being able to do this affordable is having land. Im on 25 acres so I used roughly 4 acres that’s manicured and those 4 acres in my market would be around $120k. Still a preference no matter what
All of the undergrounds, site work. All of that wood and unique interior finishes. That would be an expensive build. They will certainly make their money though with what they charge.

I love to open windows when the weather is good. There’s nothing like a fresh summer breeze. The sealed windows in these units wouldn’t work for me. Don’t you like having an open window when you’re sleeping or am I weird?
Absolutely love this house. However, as much as I love black exterior, I feel I would change it to something more neutral especially kitchen cabinets. Stunning property. Unfortunately the tv placement is in the worse location. Trying to watch tv sideways is not good, tv is placed to high unless you have a giraffe neck.
Nice... However... I CRINGE everytime I see a video or picture of a bed with decorative pillows. It might dress up the picture, but a blanket across the foot of the bed would work just as well. Those pretty pillows end up on the floor... then put back on the bed... against the clean pillows people put their heads on. If nothing else... leave extra clean pillow cases. Some people take their own pillows. Probably not a bad idea.
Bruv that place will get flooded during high rainfalls. That wet weather gully next to the property shows that the entire area where the house is located is unfortunately a floodplain.
Not to mention taxes are assessed by comps per sq ft. so naturally taxes aren’t much if You have over 6 acres, horses, some cows, goats, whatever in order to be exempt. Interesting Taxes were brought up yet You have zero understanding about how disperse. I’m going to erase internet access from my life because of the sheer ignorance and flat out “people gotta be right” syndrome while living in a two bedroom apartment. Nothing wrong with that either, but it’s crazy to me how much needless, useless hate/shade people throw in the comments. Deriving from their own lack of doing anything remotely close to something interesting. Try complementing People, look for the good, it’s there I promise.
The constant jumping from outdoors, to indoors, back to outdoors with shots of the outdoor furniture is pointless. I’d like to see the house like a person would. Very distracting and I finally gave up trying to see the layout and looked for different videos.

They’re on 40 acres with livestock on part of it. AG exempt. Setup very similar here. It’s all how You structure it.
