Huh? You think I don’t throw any back because you don’t see it in the videos? I can give you 100 reasons why I keep a good bit of my legal catches, but I don’t have time for that so here’s a few reasons. We’re not talking about bass and musky here, these fish are stocked in lakes. I don’t get to go everyday nor do I ever take a limit home. Most of the time it’s 2-3 fish at best I take home. And I live on this lake. This is my home fishery, so if I want to keep a few fish and feed my family that shouldn’t be a problem. But hey, feel free to subscribe if you want to see me bring more home! Don’t forget to like the video!
@@TKJ_Fishing you walk past my house to get where you are. We have fished next to each other before so it's my home lake also. We always like it when people get pissed off when we throw them back and most are in the 20 inch class. It's all good though and they are great to eat when the water is cold enough. We are the older guys with football or hockey Jerseys on most of the time on buckets. Still like watching your videos, keep them coming. Tight lines to you brother.
Yeah I do! For one, I can interchange colors faster, but I’ve also found that I can work it slower on the retrieve and still get vibrations. Much more play in a speed clip than a split ring! Try it, you’ll be surprised
Yeah just not as much as I used to. Can’t get any good video footage at night and my night videos I did don’t do very good so I just kinda quit going. I know that seems like stupid reasons, but I also have 2 kids one of them 4 months old so night time can be rough.
Thanks. I’ve just started fishing for Saugeye about a month ago. Been out 7 times and caught 1 each time. All at Buckeye Thanks for the videos
No problem buddy! Hope it helped!
Do you really have to keep every one of size?

Whats the best time of the year to catch saugeye there from the bank?
All year honestly, they are a cold water fish so winter is key. But I catch all my bigs in the warm months.
@@TKJ_Fishing thanks man. I’ll try my luck soon then!
@@FC-yq4th good luck!
You remove the split ring from that red eye shad? Awesome fish bro
