The Importance of Female Role Models and Self-Empowerment | PAENDA | TEDxDonauinsel

Paenda addresses the underrepresentation of women in technical fields, especially music production. She highlights societal challenges and shares her journey to show that gender should not be a barrier to success. She is performing the songs "Say it" and "Devil in My Backyard," which was co-created with Christina Horn and Lukas Plöchl. The genuine pop artist is at home both in the studio and on stage. She is among the mere 4% of female producers in the music industry globally: An inspiring "Self Do, Self Have, Self Made" attitude that has not only landed her on rotation on numerous national and international radio stations, but also put her in front of millions of listeners, be it at the ESC or on streaming platforms.
