Anything for adding character animations in Fallout/Elder Scrolls requires a stupid amount of dependent mods for them to work correctly, unless you want them to CTD every time they trigger. This mod was put in the game knowingly to work the way it does, Bethesda wouldn't knowingly put this in the game considering the shit they got over nude models modded into the game back in the Oblivion-era. This isn't just for clumsy sex mods, it's for different attacking animations, reloading, etc., etc. This was 100% knowingly installed, that's for sure.
It's probably the AAF mod, which takes an ungodly amount of setup. And even then it's just a framework for animations, usually nsfw ones, so on top of that you have to also get animation packs. yes i know because i used it. isnt even worth it tbh, not even high quality animations. half the time the models wont even line up correctly either lmao.

There is a lot of work that goes into making one of these mods. Some do a ton of work to get the genitalia working right and there's some considrable animation work required. The scripting can get super complicated. So respect to the people who put in the hours.

That ended up being fully compatible with a Cthulhu mod i had installed and was far less hilarious. That being said, not sure how you accidentally download and install a script heavy _snuggle_ mod. And for a Bethesda game especially. I can't even get inventory script mods to work right.
RimJobWorld is an unironically good mod considering that Rimworld is an in-depth colony simulator, and sex is a normal part of life - and the fact that it isn't hyperfocused on nudity and is mostly text-based generally helps it seem reasonable in context. As a mod enjoyer, I've prowled the forum this mod is hosted on - it's got a few SFW gems that can't be found anywhere else, and coomers are surprisingly good at making body textures that don't suck (as in, faces that don't look like plastic for example). This is not something you have in a "serious" game, and it requires some serious setup to run - from the Script Extender to make 3rd party scripts work, to ingame configurations and other mods this undoubtedly requires as a base, etc. There are ways to create multiple modded profiles using different mod managers - so he could have one regular and one degenerate profile and accidentally started up the degenerate one? But these mods usually show something like "xyz mod has loaded" in a corner somewhere. I think this was a honest mistake, and it's extremely degenerate, but I'm generally opposed to censorship even if I don't use what's being censored. I love Fallout and my Fallout 4 is heavily modded (100+gb). Adult mods like that have to be installed individually. It would be unusual if it were part of a mod pack, unless it were an illegal mod pack. Mod Packs require the mod creator (Or whomever has authority of over the mod) to give permission for their mod to be part of a pack and in my years modding I've never seen a mod pack that included adult mods with regular mods. No one that makes regular mods wants their content to be linked to an adult porn mod. it's bad publicity and if they want to use the mod for like a portfolio somewhere down the road to get on another project/job then it's never good to link your property to things like that intentionally. Anyways, that doesn't matter tbh. Typically, that type of mod requires one or more framework mods to even function, on top of the other mods. Script extender is a framework piece that is required for almost everything, it's needed to use custom weapon mods, core game mechanic changes, etc. Avatar remodel mods are super popular and none of them force nudity on you ( at least that I have been involved with), so that has to be chosen regardless of if it's part of a pack or not. To have something like that on your game it would require layers of intentional setup. For example, the nude mod is separate from the animation mod, and the "sex on surrender" would be another separate mod, the animations and required framework for them another piece. There is also some type of framework for those adult mods to get the animations to work properly, which again would take intentional setup. Even in a pack, all of this has to be individually installed and there's almost always a bunch of options to select and 'okay' through during this process. So, it more than likely was not an 'accident'. It would take many deliberate clicks, downloads, unpacks, and enabling to get that to ever be part of the game. He probably forgot to uncheck that mod box on his list pre-launch.
Yea that was my experience when I messed around with these types of mods way back in Skyrim or maybe it was Oblivion. No way to install by accident because there are multiple components they rely on that "normal" mods don't use. He just forgot to disable it for stream which is the funny part.

its no accident, i've been playing fallout with mods for 4 years. and to get that type of shit, you need to go out of your way because those are animations from a plugin called sexout which have a tone of compatibility issues if not installed correctly and its never been included in any mod pack or save file because it wouldn't work with you having to install them and the mod series usually gets taken off nexusmod rightfully so cause its so digusting. the fact he's going wHoAh hOw'd That's gEt HeRe? is so hilarious

Idk, for me I have a strange curiosity that when I see people I just wanna see them naked. It's not even sexual and I don't want to have sex with them or anything. I love Fallout and my Fallout 4 is heavily modded (100+gb). Adult mods like that have to be installed individually. It would be unusual if it were part of a mod pack, unless it were an illegal mod pack. Mod Packs require the mod creator (Or whomever has authority of over the mod) to give permission for their mod to be part of a pack and in my years modding I've never seen a mod pack that included adult mods with regular mods. No one that makes regular mods wants their content to be linked to an adult porn mod. it's bad publicity and if they want to use the mod for like a portfolio somewhere down the road to get on another project/job then it's never good to link your property to things like that intentionally. Anyways, that doesn't matter tbh.
Typically, that type of mod requires one or more framework mods to even function, on top of the other mods. Script extender is a framework piece that is required for almost everything, it's needed to use custom weapon mods, core game mechanic changes, etc. Avatar remodel mods are super popular and none of them force nudity on you ( at least that I have been involved with), so that has to be chosen regardless of if it's part of a pack or not. To have something like that on your game it would require layers of intentional setup. For example, the nude mod is separate from the animation mod, and the "sex on surrender" would be another separate mod, the animations and required framework for them another piece. There is also some type of framework for those adult mods to get the animations to work properly, which again would take intentional setup. Even in a pack, all of this has to be individually installed and there's almost always a bunch of options to select and 'okay' through during this process.
So, it more than likely was not an 'accident'. It would take many deliberate clicks, downloads, unpacks, and enabling to get that to ever be part of the game.
He probably forgot to uncheck that mod box on his list pre-launch.
Yea that was my experience when I messed around with these types of mods way back in Skyrim or maybe it was Oblivion. No way to install by accident because there are multiple components they rely on that "normal" mods don't use. He just forgot to disable it for stream which is the funny part.

Sure you can kill, mame, burn, bury, bomb, or even run over (with proper justification) an enemy in war, but raping, torturing, or otherwise getting your rocks off during it is generally looked down upon (in principle). That said, if rape is your fetish, and for some people it is for various reasons, I can definitely see worse, far more degenerate ways of fulfilling that fantasy than a lewd fallout mod.
