+SlenderMCDewott it actually exist : a tool capable of adding a story mode to Mugen. But it's complicated and no (complete) tutorial exist in English

Just use a free animation software and record it. Then put it together with an arcade mode video. That is how you make a story.

Never mind these boss fights. Just add the Enchantress and the Wily Machines and call it a day.
Sonic version 1 is a really cheap character if you spam his tornado move

I find Walpergisnacht's round 2 somewhat anticlimactic. Not that it's not a bad thing. I just thought Walpergisnacht would stick around for a second attempt at crushing Sonic.
