Love the stand up loft. Clever use of storage and the kitchen is beautiful. I don't understand why someone would want a glass door to the bathroom though.😮
You can always cook a 20+ lb turkey in a roaster on the countertop. I've done it for years. Another beautiful home!
Beautiful! Another suggestion would be, to skip the dining table, and instead extend the bar out for seating. This allows the livingroom area to be bigger :)

How do you sit on the toilet with that cabinet on your head?
The cabinet doesn't stick out that far so there is plenty of clearance.

Your homes are really beautiful and very well laid out. I especially like the design of your upstairs bedroom. Being able to stand up and walk around in your bedroom is a big plus. I haven’t seen any other Tiny Home builders that do this. Great job.
I agree.So impressed & delighted with the 2 stand up bedroom lofts that so many others deliberately ignored.I really could live contentedly inside this beautiful home with a very helpful huge sink which is indispensible in the kitchen.Maybe I would like a bigger fridge.

The selling point for me is all your storage. That’s great, you have used every corner possible for storage. 😊😊 the bedrooms are great and private. Love the kitchen but I would need bigger refrigerator! Living room is small but ok. Very well done and coloring is wonderful. Love the big bathroom and shower too. How much is it???😊😊😊

This is absolutely one of the best designed tiny houses I have ever seen. Personally there are a couple things I would want to do differently because I have lived tiny for 5 years but man I would almost trade my beautiful house for this one I love it!

I love this home! I would tweak a few things in the kitchen to satisfy my personal needs but I love the double stairs! Watching all your videos and have decided that when the time comes, hopefully within a year or two, you will be my builders! You are second to none!

Who manufactures the kitchen cabinets?
Also, I think you should build a Scandinavian/Modern tiny spec home with and open tread, center stringer staircase with 3” thick treads. I think a 12’ high living space with large, low profile, modern, aluminum wood clad windows and operable bottom and top transoms for a passive home design. I’m an architect specializing in high end residential design, and I feel like you’d be able to sell it at quite a premium. I’ve seen other modern tiny homes, but they are either too stark, or not as well designed as yours are. An example would be high quality finishes and materials, but the layout would just be basic, with not a lot of storage. One thing that I truly believe that sets you apart from the majority of others is the standing loft, a feature that I have admired since learning about the ingenuity of incredibly efficient and well designed multi-level single wide mobile homes from post WW2 housing boom. After learning about it, I always wonder why it didn’t catch on, as it gives a completely different perception of space and practicality. You guys(and gals) do very nice work. Kudos.

I love almost everything about this tiny house: the color, the design, especially the stand-up lofts. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the elevated refrigerator. I think it will be difficult to clean or moving it when it broken or something. Other than that, I really love this house.

I see an awareness of caravanning showing through in being way more useful than just visual. Go with what the architect said about a minimalist style pallet & put storage in the large area in the bathroom & boom ... you'll knock even further out of the park.
Always wonder about skylights for venting those Loft rooms too. Blessings

It must be an optical illusion because we get that comment a lot on TH-cam but not in person where folks can see that there is plenty of head clearance.
Need an ADA toilet, Larger Shower w/glass backsplash in the Shower haringbone w/backsplash, and a seat in the shower hopefully in a master bathroom if possible; in the kitchen I need a full kitchen, w/a dishwasher or dish drawer!?

You put them in the back of the pick up truck. Many of our homeowners build a deck around their home so they can attach these stairs to the deck wherever they settle.
Preferably a gas stove would be ideal, for me I would like a cat walk area above by kitchen windows (I have three cat's). Washing machine needs to be higher up, most people have back problems as they get older.

Also, I didn’t know since I’m new with RV and Tiny homes. Is there a weight capacity on a tiny home? Because I know I just find out that RV have the capacity of weight or else it’s illegal to have overweight RV specially a family of four, so it depends on how much stuff of a family for have. Also, will there be a place where you can have a tiny home and attached to a tiny home is a septic tank which is legal to have? Like I said I’m new I don’t know the rules and regulations for a tiny home but I do know that a tiny home can be park to the driveway as long the homeowner get a permit from the city. I got that from a neighbor near my in-laws house. That’s what she told me.

Nice job!! I would go with you guys based on some of these videos, but sadly I need a custom builder. Everything I want is pretty custom for a tiny house. Even the SIP's are not standard.

My build is strange. Even for “custom”. It includes Greenix ballistic SIP’s, an Atmospheric Water Generator, and some other odd features. Intended to be a 100% off grid luxury tiny house.
