I'm friends with an intp and I am very curious and deep but was shying away from meaningful and intellectual conversations for fear of boring him out. This is helpful, and yay! I can talk about all that cool stuff now! -ENFP
ur first like for this video is from an INTP. or Am I? I think u should add that "If ur an INTP u probably entered this video even tho u knew there is no way u can be any other type, but u still pressed for the uncertainty. MAYBE the video will provide new points that u didnt think of?" IDK tho, maybe this sentence is true for ENTPs as well? Do they do that as well? 🤔
@@jamesblackburn6139 well if *ENTP* thinks like that its not so pointless! ur sentence contradicts itself! Its true, I think as well its oversimlified because in reality things r far more complex, but its not completly false or "pointless". There is logic behind the mbti theory, its based on carl jung research after all. OFC the theory is not true, but if u use the logic that in it, and not automatically categorize people because of their mbti type, u can understand their way of thinking. Also I think its a good way for people who r absolutely identified with their type to introduce themselves (like me, but not to people who r not familiar with mbti because then ur just exposing urself as the "annoying nerd" that u actually r 😅. although I cant understand it, if I were to be introduced by someone else to mbti, I would be thanking him for the knowledge and not judging him like this). Its just a summary of ur personality that can tell other people a lot of ur characteristics.
Let's take the MBTI personality test

An ENTP thinks it's just pointless oversimplified labelling
