- Hey there. This is the Crimpit Wrap Sealer. This thing has gone viral and I had see what all the fuss is about, so here is my honest review. This is cheap enough and it really does work! It will open up a whole new world of snacks for you. I hope you enjoy the video.

I really do recommend the oven over an air fryer, the fan power of an air fryer can pull apart the seal. Pro Tip - Crimpit actually say fold the wrap over first, so you can get a near perfect fold without the big excess wrap bits we can see when you folded over the Crimpit with the wrap in. Saves chewing plain wrap or having to trim and waste..also has the benefit of maximising the wrap volume so you can get more filling in! Great review, I love my Crimpit. Such a simple piece of kit for a simple man like me 🤣
Hey buddy, thanks for stopping by and saying hello! Funnily enough, I’ve actually worked that out since publishing this video. If you watch some of my recent short form crimpit content, you’ll see that I fold the wrap, then the crimpit! You get a better seal and like you say, you can add loads more filling 😆. I actually ordered the whole megillah--I think I'm going to have fun! Have you made Gordon Ramsey's scrambled eggs? The technique is on TH-cam (although I have to say that yours looked good).
@@HotVoodooWitch I’m glad you have, it’s lovely to hear from you. Wow! You’ve ordered. How much is it in the states? My method of cooking scrambled eggs is Ramsay inspired. Cooked in butter, stir like a risotto, on and off the heat and absolutely no salt until the end. I’ll be eager to know how you get on with yours 😀
@@RichieTheFoodie I kinda doubt the recipe books are the same but if you order direct from Crimpit, they're $8 apiece. The larger Crimpit is $25 and the smaller one is $15 (more expensive than what you paid). It looks like only the larger one is available on Amazon and it's $5 more expensive than ordering direct. We also have the free shipping perk if you order more than one item. I even bought the Crimpit Cradle because I have a restored vintage toaster that I'd like to keep pristine as long as possible. This is going to be fun and I'll definitely keep you posted!
Incidentally, your eggs put me in mind of GR's, which is why I asked--good job!
@@HotVoodooWitch I’d have thought they are very similar to the U.K. recipe book. And yes, it looks like you paid similar, maybe a little less for the large crimpit. I’d normally post an Amazon affiliate link when I review a product, on this occasion I didn’t as here I the U.K., Amazon are charging double the price so that’s why I’ve directed viewers to the official website. Bro you need to wet/ moisten the edges otherwise it won’t seal correctly ffs …
