Two games that are overlooked by some - gt and rutgers. Glad those two are at home. From some rumblings I've heard Miami has talent for days but personality/ chemistry/effort issues. What a surprise. Let's Go!

You misunderstood Josh’s poll. It is team strength scheduling agnostic. Ie if all teams played the same schedule, how would we rank? Why Pate likes us is predicative record. Ie team strength against our individual schedule..
I promise you we did not misunderstand Josh’s pool. We said that they are power ratings. His number aligns with SP+, another power rating.
@@petebvt Restating from my work account. My understanding is he talks about us because we are "underrated" based on our anticipated performance ... i.e. future poll result based on our performance on our 2024 schedule. We are a dark horse ACC and Playoff team partially because of a weak schedule. The 'JP Poll' is a power rating system based on a model that predicts favorability between teams on a neutral site. This means that if Florida played our schedule, they would get as good or better results based on the JP power rating. However, since they don't play our schedule they are ranked lower than us in polls. In short, it is a quality of team measurement in the JP Poll. I don't believe that, but that is my understanding.
