X70 owner here and am impressed with the X50 like the rest of u. My only gripe is the after sales side. Lack of spare parts as well as lack of technical knowledge of the vehicle is still very evident within Proton. Sort this and Proton will have no issues being the dominant player in the market.
Got mine last Friday. It's a beautiful car and never enjoyed driving it so much.🥰
When I see such person like Dr. Philip, I keep believing I can definitely be successful in Malaysia & without going abroad. Coz most of our wealthy Malaysians are very lay low. Afraid get robbed perhaps. Thanks Bobby.

Last time I experience a new car was my dad 2001 Proton Waja . Then now I can afford my own but only Proton Iriz lah . 9 years loan is long . And buying car is not what i can do every year . So i will keep the plastic as long as i could .

Nope. Don't think that will be a viable plan. And Proton will no longer need to develop own models from here on. Just like Skoda, Seat, VW and Audi will all be using VAG Group common platforms and common drivetrains.

You compare the sunroof with balcony. The leakage from sunroof can damage the interior which might cost more to fix but in the house you just move the furniture and wipe the floor. Also you'll only notice the leakage when the interior will have the visible leakage marks.

Self parking is for people with lousy parking skills to assist them in side parking. Not for suka suka pakai. Moreover, most are programmed only for reverse parking and side parking when there are other cars around. if there are no other cars around for the car to detect objects, it won't be able to operate well. because if there are no other cars and you still need auto parking, then the government will need your license to be returned :p

@@SORAREED flagship still have those ADAS system to help you in highway cruising especially when in traffic jam, it is more useful then auto park system that i think was more of a gimmick. So flagship is still a good buy.

Since the gearbox is drive by wire, you can put paddle shifters if you / the accessory shop know how to do the coding. Otherwise, no.
