    This is the most intelligent sequencer that I have seen so far. Great workflow, everything clear and logical, pure genius.
    Thank you for those videos:-)

      You see towards the end of the video where you are editing the length of the notes to demonstrate the Cirklon being able to handle the polyphonic notes, how did you achieve this as I followed your guide but doesn’t work?

    now enough LFOs with the possibility to automate every single step with all its functions so that it no longer sounds static and that part is a dream.

    Wow! Really, one of the best hardware sequencers I've come across in a long time. I just put myself on the waiting list for the next production run. Hope I can get one. Excellent video too.

    I'm soooo happy that i ordered my device long time ago and i'm pretty confident that i will receive it before Christmas. I hope i will become such a great magician as you are as well. This performance was awesome! I got lost at the middle of the video but it was great!

    I'm watching you play with pattern mode which is really cool. I see that the LEDs blink as it passes that step of the sequence. An additional feature, that you would only have to do in software, is to have a cursor on the screen move along with each step as well. So if you were editing a 16 bar pattern, and just viewing one 4 bar section, as the pattern moves through this portion you would see the sweeping cursor.
    But perhaps it's already been implemented. This video IS 5 years old :)

    Something I've been searching for a long time. You did a fantastic job ! Great asset to my synth collection, and it seems the Cirklon is a killer for live usage as well :-) . I preordered !

      Sequentix is well known
      I guess you didn't need it , otherwise you would have heard about it ( sequentix has been in the game since 2004 with the p3 sequencer )

    Wow the way you can create modulation curves in a performance style way for velocity is awesome. I assume it works in a similar way for note and CC values too? I really hope to get one soon :) I can't be arsed with my DAW anymore! I'm curious how easy and intuitive is to switch between patterns in a live performance way.

  • @midihooker

    you just chnage tracks with a knob!?? like on a tr-606.. wonderful.. better then on p3.. 192ppq right?

  • @IIrandhandleII
    @IIrandhandleII 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    why is the fts set at the scene level and not the pattern level? do all the tracks within the scene have to be fts to the same scale?

  • @zazz63

    At 12:25...are you recording that snare live direct in or what? If so (if recording live as opposed to step entry is possible), does it auto-quantize / what kind of quantization options are there?
    I need to get my hands on one of these.

  • @floatershaw

    hi can you add your own synth,s to this as in moog,s e,t,c by the it sounds great,,

    • @rhythmdroid
      @rhythmdroid 11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is no "sound" coming out of this box--it "triggers" synths like Moog, Korg, Roland, etc etc. The available triggering connections are MIDI, USB (for softsynths hosted on your computer) and CV/Gate for vintage synths. Your sound palette is unlimited - connect whatever synth you want to it.
