How in the hell do you guys not have more subscribers/views?? Seriously though, this is flat out fantastic. Gerudo Valley is a lot of fun to play; and it's great to have a solid rhythm as well as a soloist. Sounds amazing.
I like the N64 controller in the background! Good music! It's just as good as the orchestrated Gerudo Valley! But the guitar adds some nostalgia to it.
EiNiS Ooh, 10 out of 10. I guess we have peaked then, might as well quit ;). Thank you very much for the kind words :) (P.S. there's a video coming up in a few days that will go to 11)
AgentNos Thank you very much AgentNos. We seriously love making these videos. The whole process is so rewarding; playing the game, falling in love with the tunes, writing the cover and getting positive response. We have so much more we want to record :)
Just one suggestion though, (if possible) Have footage of the town/place/whatever of the game you're in the middle of you guys and below a little bit. Otherwise you guys are fucking awesome.
Hm.. I think it's okay unless you're monetizing videos or part of a game industry such as Polaris or TheGamingNetwork or Machinima. They handle all of the legal stuff when you become a part of their team. If you don't want to shove any logos in your videos Polaris is the way to go. I can see you guys being extremely successful with this so it won't take long for you to be part of something.
Grace Daniel We haven't played far enough into Skyward Sword to have heard it! But maybe we'll do it anyway. I for one am loiking forward to doing more Skyword Sword music! Thanks for the feedback.
72HoursRemaining Actually the symbol in the video is now the official symbol of the Gerudos. There was another symbol in Ocarina of Time for N64, but then Nintendo changed it after they've realised that it's too similar to a religious symbol (the Hilal). :)
this actually looks kinda tough to play. the lead part at least. lotta pinkie hammering. whats the chord progression for the rhythm? I think just by ear I can tell the lead is in phrygian mode? am I right ?
+ajoylessparade I'm actually not positive this is in phrygian mode! The phrygian scale contains a minor second, which is nowhere ro be found in the Gerudo Valley melody. I, for one, would say it's in the harmonic minor scale (based on the F note in the melody on the fourth chord). The chord progression is simple, and repeats throughtout the entire song without interruption: 4/4 || F#m | D | E | C# || Thank you for the technical comment! I love this sort of theory talk! // Lefty
+72HoursRemaining ok im kinda trying to look up tabs for it right now. I wish I would have paid attention in elementary school orchestra and learned how to read music.

One of my favorites

Perfect arrangement, it's exactly how it would be if N64 has a CD driver.
Would you like us to make tabs for this arrangement? Vote for it here:

for the guitar this is great!
That was really great! Especially since the original song as it was written requires three guitars.
I'm going to share your videos to my friends
Thank you a lot, Rose!
Another fantastic cover! Keep up the great work.
BlueStorm017 Thank you very much :)

Christopher Cote That's a neat idea, but how about copyright and such? :/

Soooooo gooooood
The N64 controller in background but the Gerudo symbol from the newer versions (GC, 3DS)^^
Is that symbol only from the newer versions? :)

That's true. hmmm.
I remember when playing the game and this song was just screaming « I was made to be played with a guitar ! »
Sounds amazing! Any chance you have a tab for this anywhere?
nice :)
I hope you still get a lot of clicks for this epic arrangement !
would also like to be able to play as well but it doesnt work -.-
One word - practice. It sounds like a dumb tip, but that's the only way. Also, thanks for the kind words. :)

dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmn!
There's no such think as too much gerudo valley re-instrumented
Speed 1.5, you're welcome.
