6:51 Some agencies are blocking off the middle seat in the rear to prevent passengers from falling out in case of a sudden stop. It's just like last decade when they changed the ADA guidelines and some agencies ended up permanently flipped up the front facing seat since the forward facing style flip seats were deemed unsafe since there was no way to install a stanchion for sudden stops.

I’ve ridden a nova artic by Santa Barbara MTD California many times I guess our system too is moving away from touch strips like Santa Barbara did. So I’m already used to waving my hand below the door

@@jaronchuu8349 articulated buses service the route 20 because it is very busy. Plenty ridership.
