You have such great and informative utube videos thanks.I follow you and have been very helpful,
We are going to move down to the villages in the summer of 2019.we really want to build new and know
we will be down in the Finney area.That doesn’t mean that a resale came up and we fell in love with
we would really consider.We will be renting first and then after we know start the process of buying.
My only concern is in the winter months will it be to over crowded to really enjoy our selfs.
I look forward to your comments and as always we enjoy your experience and knowledge

Hi Ira, loved the video I had know idea on how big the villages really are? The wife and I are thinking of moving down south from New York in about 2 years. We would be interested something with fencing around it because of our boxer. We would also like something with 3 bedrooms and a 2 car garage, if possible? Thank you,
