Another great workout! I suspect I burned as many calories as an "advanced" step class, difference being that this class didn't have (demotivating to me) complicated choreography! I used two risers and am drenched in sweat now! Thank you for sharing your gift!
I highly recommend these step workouts, I started with them in October, on & off. My stomach is slowly reducing. It won't be overnight but something is def happening.😭🥳💃
