Yes instructions say wash everything first and also you don't need distilled but it is recommended where as tap and bottled water with leave residue as she explains and cleaning will be needed. Instructions say every two weeks depending how bad yours gets.
Hi, I just got it yesterday. I filled the sterilizer to the max line. However when I press the sterilizer/drying button, there is a red colour water droplet sign and it stopped at 0.03. How can I fix this?

The way you say water makes me think you're from Delaware or New Jersey. Am I right?
Are you suppose to wash the bottles first? And do you need distilled water?

Can u do a comparison video with the newest Avent electric one
Great idea!
Mine got stuck at 9 mins and did nothing
Use a dishwasher with sterilize cycle. Then you don’t have to wash at all.
Dishwasher would take so long + such waste of water to wash few bottles
Not every household has a dishwasher. Plus you should still wash then beforehand.
Does dry setting need distilled water or just for sterilization?
Like does it need water to dry as well or is water left empty for dry setting?
