    So do you have to wash the bottles with soap first then put them in the sterilizer? If so might as well just wash them normally and hang em to dry.

    When I fill the water up to the max line and use either option of the steam cycle the water evaporates/ steams/ gets “cooked” before the cycle is finished and then the metal plate burns and causes it to turn black and causes the bottles to smell burnt and Smokey... why is that? I have tried adding more water, the lowest timer, using only the steam, using steam and dry. Why is it doing this?

    Mine is a complete bust... I'm disappointed, the fan shouldn't be so close to the water. If the water boils over into the fan, the distilled water gets inside the system. Electronics and water do not mix. Mine was shot in 2 months. Baby Brezza is sending me a new one after I called and sent in the info. Cut the cord 2 inches from the base... you know what I mean if you've had this problem. 😏 I'll update on my new system coming via mail but I'm not holding my breathe. I love their products but this appears to be extremely flawed.

    • @MaddiesDaddy
      @MaddiesDaddy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there yes you would definitely do that with most bottles. These particular bottles are peculiar because the nipples are literally attached to the collars.
