The best thing the devs can do is add procedural generation so peaking certain angles is never the same, and entries are always different... Kinda like how six days of fallujah.. Considering how complex some maps are, this would probably be the most difficult thing for them to develop and should be reserved far into the future if they even consider it.

Better meaning enhanced graphics, fps, etc? Not looking for anything insane or over the top but I don’t mind spending extra $$ if I have too

Pretty realistic as far as the game goes and the mods that allow you to play with these many players and add a few gameplay elements. Keep in mind that the standard amount of players is only five. A mod that lets you almost double that is bound to have *some* stability issues.
