Not the mods im convinced i dont have and im experiencing same artefact. Ive actually noticed ironman mode my blue team dont have bangs and flashlight isnt as bright but in practice mode no issue. 32:37

What we need to understand in Ready Or Not, is that, we need in every possible squad to have a good leader to tell us what to do in every situation and how to guide us, like a "Shepherd", and the rest of the players must follow the orders that the leader is telling, otherwise is pure chaos, we must know the value of each armor plate, about the guns, their recoil, firerate and rounds, and also the type of ammo, because each mission is different, taking cover at each corner is the best result to stay alive, each member should have a device that will help the whole team to be in advantage of the situation, I see a lot of players using rams on every door and they die in the first place from the booby traps, each member should be aware of his equipment, and he must know how to do it in the most profesional way possible, for example: I use Breaching Shotgun, and before I start to blow the door, I warn my team to stay back while I blow it, because I don't want to kill my teammates from booby traps or any other trespassing indivisual or any other threats, I may overreacting a lot with all these details but I do care about every player that joins my lobby and my job is to keep everyone alive 'till the end of the mission debrief, and I like to encourage the players to be more profesional in every mission, rather than rush on each door and find themselves dead and leaving the squad.
