I think we should preface it with saying that from a caloric intake perspective, it is not an issue. I personally do feel better if I get my caffeine through other sources especially if I have to focus on work. Also, the chai masala and patti can not be good for health in general. Just a thought, would love your input.
Heres my concern : When someone driks chai too frequently like every 2-3 hrs or lets say 5-10 times a day thats triggering inuslin everytime and over the time it can lead to insulin resistance. I think in moderation of 1-2 a day should be fine but too much could lead to insulin resistance to inactive people.
1) when doing fatloss to reach sub 10% BF,each and every single calorie matters so u definitely cannot afford to have liquid calories 2)table sugar is a poison.This is a worldwide fact.(DENTAL HEALTH MATTERS😡) 3)The caffeine from tea and coffee and calcium from milk inhibits iron absorption which is crucial for high haemoglobin and athletic performance. 4)caffeine is the last thing u want to do when having insomnia. I am suffering through extreme insomnia,I have almost given up on caffeine and take black coffee without sugar alternate days in the morning only as my preworkout. Sir u should have talked about caffeine and it's mineral malabsorption properties as well apart from just calories!

Sir what about the addiction and gastrointestinal problems such as acidity and all ? The way you have described is only applicable for healthy and active people who have general understanding of nutrition and health. But there will be whole demographic of people who might understand tea is good for everyone and misunderstand the information. Even highly educated people even in US have poor understanding of general nutrition and fitness. For them there might understand this information adversely

Fat content of milk is more important than just sugar. If we use skimmed milk the overall calories are much less compared to a full cream milk.
